After a long historical development, I have formed many schools. I-ology historians can roughly divide it into seven schools: Gaitian School, Zhanchi School, Exegetical School, Yi Li School, Calligraphy School, Huitong School and Xiangshu School. Although there are many factions, they are all based on the three foundations of Yi-ology: image, number and reason.
Gaitianpai? It is a school of ancient astronomy and the origin of Yi-ology. He used the most primitive method to observe the sky, and the instruments used were extremely simple, that is, standing on the horizon, taking part in the sun shadow during the day and taking an examination of Polaris at night. According to the yin-yang method, the sky is yang and the earth is yin. The sun is yang and the moon is yin; The sky is round and the earth is square; This is the origin of the theory that the sky is round and the earth is round. The purpose of observing the celestial phenomena with Gaitianpai is to master the changes of the weather for the convenience of life and production. The earliest divinatory symbols were invented by Gaitian School, and Sanyi inherited his astronomical view. His founder is the legendary Fuxi.
Occupy the pie? It is the fastest-growing and most controversial subject in Yi-ology. People even simply think that Yi-ology is the science of divination, which shows its great influence. In ancient times, due to the low level of scientific civilization, people expected to get the answers to unexplained phenomena through divination, so there appeared yarrow, tortoise shell, copper coin, hexapod, eight-character numerology, Taoist magic, facial expressions, physiognomy and so on, all of which were strange and showed their magical powers. Famous figures include Jiao Gan in Han Dynasty, Jiao Lin Yi and Shao Yong in Song Dynasty, who specialize in gossip and mathematics.
Elephant school? Based on the principle of gossip, when observing natural phenomena, we describe them through tangible images, symbolize their objects and give people a complete concept, and test their mathematics through images, that is? Like a number? . The intrinsic essence, kinetic energy, potential and laws of things, which can't be visualized by images, are derived by numbers. What is this called? Does it count as proof? . Image and number complement each other. Therefore, later scholars summed up eight diagrams, six paintings, images, orientation images, opposition images, orientation images and inter-body images. When studying the Book of Changes, we think that the Book of Changes includes hexagrams, hexagrams, strategies, great development, pythagorean, syllables, five elements, branches, everything, heaven and earth, Jiugong, Taiyi, stars, Yuji and so on. Some turn ordinary arithmetic into easy numbers, deviate from the subject and become tedious knowledge. Elephant Mathematics School was formed in the Han Dynasty, and its representatives are Meng Xi's divinatory symbols, Li Dingzuo's Zhouyi in the Tang Dynasty and Huang Zongxi's Zhouyi Xiangshu Theory in the Qing Dynasty.
Rightists? It was gradually developed to meet the needs of ancient emperors in governing the country. Yi-ology is applied to personnel with justice, which has been regarded as a treasure book by emperors in past dynasties and has become a tool for governing the country. Confucius is the founder of the school of righteousness. He emphasizes the unity of heaven and man, discusses heaven with the rigidity and softness of yin and yang, and discusses personnel with good or bad luck. He also annotated the Book of Changes, wrote poems and talked about his experience, which pushed the Yi study to a new height. The representatives of the Yi-Li school are Confucius, Wang Bi in the late Three Kingdoms, the author of the Book of Changes, Confucius in the Tang Dynasty, the book of changes and justice, and Zhu in the Song Dynasty, the scholar.
Image school? It is a school that pays attention to the study of Eight Diagrams, Taiji, River Map, Luoshu and Eight Diagrams. Confucius said:? The sky hangs like an elephant, seeing good or bad, the sage looks at it. Rivers paint, Luo writes, and saints write. ? The importance of visible images to people's research. Due to the burning of books in the Qin Dynasty, these images disappeared for a time, and only in the Song Dynasty did they resurface, with Shao Yong as the representative. According to legend, Shao Yong was dictated by his ancestors, and he got a congenital eight diagrams with sixty-four hexagrams in orientation and order; The hermit in Xishu inherited Cai Jitong's Tai Chi map, river map and Luo Shu. Qian wrote the Book of Changes in Yuan Dynasty.
Exegetics? It is a school that explains the ancient books related to Yi-ology. For example, which book of changes is used the most? Yuan Henry Zhen? Can you practice this Yuan word? Start? 、? Morning? 、? First of all? Can you also train? Joe? . The Book of Changes, written by Confucius in Shuo Wen Jie Zi, uses exegetical methods. The exegetical school pursues the original meaning of the Book of Changes, explains the classics with the original meaning, and opposes the interpretation of ancient prose with the present meaning, or hopes that words create meaning. The main contributors in this field are Confucius' hexagrams, righteousness and cohesion, followed by Zhu's Notes on Zhouyi in Song Dynasty and Gu's Nine Classics Mistakes in Qing Dynasty.
Huitong school? It is a combination of various Yi-ology theories. This is because since the Han Dynasty, the Yi-ology has produced a factional dispute, emphasizing reason and number, and then there was a dispute between Han Yi and Song Yi. Huitong school is an idea? Take everything, not get sick, similarities and differences? Yi-ology view. Huitong School originated late, mainly in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In addition, some scholars have applied the theory of Yi-ology to other disciplines, and listed it as Huitong School, such as Yi-ology and medicine, Yi-ology and the art of war.
