Pan Zuyin also sponsored many talents who became important ministers in the late Qing Dynasty. Pan Zuyin has always been merciless to officials who have committed dereliction of duty. As long as they are found, they will immediately report and dismiss these officials. Pan Zuyin's hobby in his spare time is collecting Tibetan seals, official seals, seals, etc., but he also likes collecting epigraphy and antiques very much. People in the collection circle call him "Pan".
Pan Zuyin always cares about the people. Whenever there is a famine anywhere, Pan Zuyin should take the lead in donating money and materials. Until 1890, the disaster occurred in Shuntian, and Pan Zuyin was ordered to provide disaster relief. Pan Zuyin, who was seriously ill, insisted on disaster relief and finally died on the road at the age of 6 1.
