2. T-step:
(1) Stand with your limbs and feet in a T-step;
(2 ) Cross your hands naturally, lift them up slightly, and place them in front of your abdomen;
(3) Have a friendly face, smile gently, and speak in a calm tone;
(4) Say the welcome words Clear, blurted out;
