When sliding, the foot on the other side steps out in the moving direction.

This action is a sideslip step.

There are three kinds of sliding steps: side sliding step, front sliding step and back sliding step.

1, sideslip step action method: stand with your feet parallel, your knees bent deeply, your upper body leaned forward slightly, and your arms extended sideways. When sliding to the left, the left foot moves to the left, the right foot slides to the ground, close to the left foot, and the feet keep a certain distance, and the left foot continues to move outward. Key points of action: keep your knees bent, your center of gravity low, your body can't fluctuate up and down, your legs can't cross, your center of gravity is kept between your legs, and your eyes are fixed on your opponent.

2. Front sliding practice: stand with your feet back and forth. When sliding forward, take your front foot one step forward. When landing, slide your back foot forward closely, keep your posture open back and forth, and pay attention to bending your knees to lower your center of gravity. Action points: when sliding forward, keep your knees bent and lower your center of gravity, and don't fluctuate up and down. Lift the arm on the same side of the front foot and open the arm on the other side down.

3. Backward movement method: When doing backward movement, pedal the ground with the inside of the forefoot, and at the same time, the waist rotates backward forcibly, then pedal the ground, and the front foot quickly retreats, and then slide to adjust the defensive position. Action points: the front pedal should retreat quickly, and the back foot should twist the waist and turn the hip violently. The angle of retreat should not be too large and the body should not fluctuate.
