11. One set of wind ropes should be installed at the height of l0~l5m. An additional set should be installed for every 10m increase in height, with 4 ropes in each group. A safety protection shed with a length of not less than 2m should be erected on one side of the feed port on the first floor of the gantry and derrick, and sealing measures must be taken on the other three sides. Safety doors must be installed at the entrances and exits of each unloading platform and the cage (pan), and no one is allowed to ride on the cage (pan) while it is in operation;
13. The guide pulleys of the gantry and derrick must be separately set with strong anchors , the wire rope from the guide pulley to the drum of the winding machine should be protected wherever it passes through the passage;
