1. Basic salary: 1,200-5,200 yuan (increased every year based on technical evaluation and flight time) + seniority salary (years of employment after becoming a regular employee × 60 yuan/year), with five insurances and one housing fund deducted monthly About 4150 yuan.
2. Hourly fee
(1) Flight attendant: 16 yuan/hour or 18 yuan/hour for interns, 52-65 yuan/hour for ordinary flight attendants, 70-85 yuan/hour for first-class flight attendants RMB/hour;
(2) Safety officer: 28 RMB/hour for trainee safety officer, 50 RMB/hour for junior safety officer, 140 RMB/hour for senior safety officer;
(3 ) Crew chief: Ordinary crew chief E~A level 90-140 yuan/hour, chief crew chief 100-160 yuan/hour.
3. Subsidies: a monthly communication subsidy of 150 yuan for the crew chief, a car subsidy of 1,100 yuan, a living subsidy of 330 yuan, a meal subsidy of 50-65 yuan each time domestically, and a uniform daily allowance of US$50 internationally.
4. Overnight fee: domestic 100 yuan/day, international US$45/day; international special flight subsidy 250 yuan (basic) + night flight fee is about 270 yuan (overnight fee is calculated on a daily basis, every night Counting night flight charges).
5. Total salary (calculated based on 100 flying hours per month and one year of employment)
Intern: 1,600-2,600 yuan;
Flight attendant: 3,400- 13,500 yuan;
Safety officer: 4,000-18,800 yuan;
