When you walk, it is a figure of eight. Is it eversion?

There is a difference between eversion and eversion. Generally speaking, hallux valgus refers to the rotation of the foot, and the external picture refers to the rotation of the foot.

Hallux valgus is a common foot deformity, which is usually caused by abnormal development of extensor dorsi pedis tendon and ankle tendon, or by weakness of gastrocnemius muscle of patients, which will lead to hallux valgus. Toe valgus usually means that the patient's feet are outward and the inner ring is inward and downward.

The external figure of eight refers to an external rotation state of the lower limbs, which may be due to the external rotation of the knee joint or the external rotation of the hip joint, thus leading to the external rotation state of the whole lower limbs. So there is a certain difference between eversion and eversion.
