The rules of the eight-character skipping competition are as follows:

1. The distance between the steps of the two rope shakers is 3.6 meters. It is suggested to choose a 3.6-meter bead knot rope (thick bead knot), with two people shaking and eight people jumping. The posture of the rope shaker: The rope shaker stands sideways, with the center of gravity on the inner foot (front foot), and the outer foot (rear foot) has no difficulty in slight flexion, with the center of gravity in front of the fulcrum.

2. The arm of the rope shaker: The rope shaker always opens his arm at the same height. The big arm drives the small arm, which drives the wrist to shake the rope. The shorter the rope, the faster the speed. Put your other hand behind your back. Rope grip by rope shaker: hold the front end of the rope handle in the same way as the rope grip by single shake.

3. Rope shaking: the direction of rope shaking is towards the rope feeder, and the hand of rope shaking should be far away from the rope feeder, and the rope should be tangent.

4. Rope lifting: At the beginning, lift the big arm to lift the rope, with a large arc and slow movement, and then shake the rope with your wrist (press your wrist). Lift the arm to lift the rope and change hands eight times when you are still after the mistake.

The proximal rope shaker ensures that the rope entrance enters the rope. After the last rope competitor takes off, the position and direction of the rope competitor's arm change immediately. In the process of shaking the rope, the eyes of the rope entrant are always fixed on the rope entrant, and the rope body can keep hitting the ground.

5. Jumpers: Jumpers are led by the team leader to enter the rope in turn, jump the rope quickly and leave quickly. The rope skipper puts his hands in front or on both sides of his body, close to his body, and runs to the rope in small steps, passing through the midpoint between the two rope-rockers.

6. Jump over the rope with your outside foot and land. The inner foot sprints forward quickly, the upper body presses forward, and leaves the skipping area as quickly as possible. People who jump rope should start early, cross the midpoint, jump out and leave the rope quickly, and take off with their shoulders on their chests. After landing, the other foot drives the belt forward.

7. Jump rope starting: The top three players should be prepared, start every other one, cross their shoulders into the rope, and get in and out of the rope quickly. Skills of rope shaker: smooth rhythm, tacit cooperation, high consistency, timely trapping, manual observation and adjustment at any time.

8.Skipper's skills: get in and out of the rope quickly, change feet smoothly, connect head and tail smoothly, start early every once in a while, bow your head and stop jumping, get out of the rope first and then tighten your waist.
