Where is Zexiju (Prime Minister's Office)?

Zesiju was built in the early Qing Dynasty and restored in 2002. Because the original owner is the official residence, it is also called "Prime Minister's House".

Approaching Zesiju, you can find that the eaves of this house are four notes, the horse head wall is towering, and the whole building is magnificent. The hall in the hospital is spacious and the columns are tall and straight. Complex carving is a feature of this house. The whole house is called "the first carved building in Jiangnan". When you enter the door, you can see the story of "Four Immortals Welcome Guests" engraved on the main beam, which reflects the host's hospitality. There are five cranes carved on the east beam of the main hall, which not only shows that the original owner is a civilian rather than a military attache, but also reflects his ambition of "flying five mountains to heaven" It can be seen from the picture of "A Hundred Birds Facing the Phoenix" on the West Shouliang that this is not an ordinary official, because these patterns are not carved by ordinary people at will.
