1. A special construction plan shall be prepared and approved. Steel pipes and fasteners should be inspected when they enter the site, and sampled for re-inspection;

Fourth, attached scaffolding
1. The user of the attached lifting scaffold shall sign a professional subcontract with a unit with professional qualifications. The first-level qualification can undertake the design, manufacture, installation and construction of all kinds of attached lifting scaffolding, and the second-level qualification can undertake the design, manufacture, installation and construction of attached lifting scaffolding below 80m;
2. The special construction scheme shall be compiled and approved by the professional contractor and submitted to the user for review. The span of straight line segment shall not exceed 7000mm, and the span of broken line segment shall not exceed 5400mm.
3. The product of frame height and support span should not be greater than110m2;
4.
