Standard operating procedures for scaffolding on construction sites.

What are the standard practices of scaffolding on site? The following Zhong Da consults the bidding teacher to answer your questions for your reference.

A, floor scaffolding

1. The foundation of the floor-standing external scaffold shall be leveled and tamped, and pad plates shall be set along the length direction of the external scaffold. The material of the bottom plate can be wooden scaffolding or channel steel.

2. Set vertical and horizontal sweeping poles at 150mm below the vertical pole, with vertical sweeping poles on the ground and horizontal sweeping poles under it, all of which are connected with the vertical pole;

3. Set drainage ditches around the scaffold for organized drainage;

4. When the scaffold vertical pole foundation is not at the same height, the vertical sweeping pole at the high place must extend to the lower place for two spans and be fixed with the vertical pole. The height difference shall not be greater than 1m, and the distance from the vertical pole axis above the slope to the slope shall not be less than 500mm.

Second, the scaffolding inside protection

1. A special construction plan shall be prepared and approved. Steel pipes and fasteners should be inspected when they enter the site, and sampled for re-inspection;

2, scaffolding steel pipe should be horizontal flat vertical, the transfer position of the ledger can't exceed the corner of 200mm, small bar exposed part length should be uniform;

3, scaffolding poling should be evenly distributed, generally for 1500mm, the ledger should be level, generally for 1800mm, scaffolding should be set every other step column waist pole, generally for 600mm and 1200mm high;

4. The outside of the scaffold is covered with a dense mesh safety net, and the surface of the external pole of the scaffold is painted with yellow paint. 200mm skirting boards are set every other group or two groups of scissors, which are fixed on the outer side of the vertical pole, and the surface of skirting boards is painted with yellow-black warning paint;

5. The master node must be provided with a horizontal bar, fastened with a right-angle fastener, and it is forbidden to dismantle it;

6, acceptance before use, hanging acceptance chart.

Three, cantilever scaffold

1. Prepare and approve the special construction scheme, organize experts to demonstrate the scheme, and erect a section of more than 20m;

2. The cantilever beam of the cantilever scaffold must be made of I-beam above 16#, and the anchorage end of the cantilever beam should be greater than 1.25 times the cantilever end length, and the cantilever length should be determined according to the design requirements;

3. The floor slab is embedded with 20U screw, and each steel beam is provided with φ 16 steel wire rope as safety rope;

4. Calculate and determine the specific specifications and models of I-beams, anchor screws and cable-stayed steel ropes according to the design scheme;

5. The bottom of the scaffold should be set along the vertical and horizontal sweeping poles according to the specification requirements, the upper surface of the cantilever beam should be welded with steel bars to fix the columns, and the square wood should be laid along the length direction of the scaffold above the crossbar, and the formwork should be covered for protection;

6. The inside of the vertical pole at the bottom of the scaffold should be provided with a skirting board with a height of 200mm, and the bottom should be closed with hard materials;

Fourth, attached scaffolding

1. The user of the attached lifting scaffold shall sign a professional subcontract with a unit with professional qualifications. The first-level qualification can undertake the design, manufacture, installation and construction of all kinds of attached lifting scaffolding, and the second-level qualification can undertake the design, manufacture, installation and construction of attached lifting scaffolding below 80m;

2. The special construction scheme shall be compiled and approved by the professional contractor and submitted to the user for review. The span of straight line segment shall not exceed 7000mm, and the span of broken line segment shall not exceed 5400mm.

3. The product of frame height and support span should not be greater than110m2;

4. After the overall lifting scaffold is installed, the installation unit will conduct self-inspection, and the representative of the project supervision unit, the technical director of the construction unit and the installation unit will form an acceptance team to jointly conduct acceptance and sign the acceptance opinions;

5. After each hoisting, the construction and installation unit must conduct a comprehensive inspection of the safety devices, insurance facilities and hoisting system, and it can only be used after it meets the requirements and repeats the signing procedures.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) horizontal protection of external scaffolding

1, the main construction stage, the construction layer, dismantle layer, the second floor must be covered with scaffolding, scaffolding must be covered on the building structure, it is forbidden to probe the board, fixed firmly;

2. From the second floor, every 12mm should be protected by a hard partition, and the middle part should be hung with a horizontal safety net;

3. The outer side of the frame should be closed with a safety federated eye network, and the network connection should be tight, and safety warning signs should be hung;

Six, scaffolding wall parts set.

1, scaffolding wall parts should be set near the master node, and the distance from the master node should not be greater than 300mm;;

2. For floor-standing scaffolding with a height less than 24m, rigid wall or flexible wall can be used;

3. The floor-standing scaffold with a height of more than 24m is a cantilever scaffold, and only rigid wall parts can be used;

4. Even the wall pieces must be set at the openings at both ends of the straight frame body.

Seven, elevator shaft operating frame

1. No matter what method is adopted, the elevator shaft operating frame and subsequent protection mode shall be prepared with special safety construction scheme;

2. During the construction of the main structure, the square hole of 180* 180 is reserved in the wall, and two 16# I-beams are used as the support of the operation frame, and the cantilever is erected in sections. The height of the frame is not more than 20m, and the step distance is not more than1.6m; ;

3. Hang a horizontal net on the construction floor, and set a horizontal protection every two floors below the construction floor, and it shall not be greater than 10m.

Eight, elevator shaft protection

1. After the steel platform of the elevator shaft is lifted away, a grid is built through the wall with steel pipes for protection;

2. Wear two 48.3 * 3.6mm steel pipes in the reserved hole, and the outer ends of the steel pipes are connected and fixed with steel pipe fasteners to prevent slippage;

3. On the steel pipe platform, lay 50* 100 wooden Fang, close it with hard material or hang a safety horizontal net for protection.
