Reflections on attitude

After reading a famous book carefully, there must be a lot to share. Now let's write a thoughtful comment. Don't think that you can just cope with your feelings after reading it. The following is my carefully arranged attitude model essay (6 general articles). Welcome to learn from it, I hope it will help you.

Attitude comment 1 I saw a new book titled "Attitude" written by Wu Jun, former vice president of Tencent. The course "Letters from Wu Jun Silicon Valley" was set up on the website, which was well received by the students, and the author was undoubtedly excellent. The recommendation of the book Attitude is: "Teacher Wu Jun's first personal growth book and forty growth suggestions will help you have a good attitude towards life." This book is a synthesis of some letters written by the author to his children. Some suggestions undoubtedly come from the author's heart. I think I can learn from Dr. Wu Jun's attitude towards life, which may solve some doubts when I was growing up, so I bought this book.

The author's book is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the philosophy of life. One of the letters, an optimistic attitude towards life is more important than anything else, reminds me of my own experience. I am always not optimistic in life, and I am always depressed when I encounter setbacks. This attitude towards life is not conducive to my growth. Teacher Wu Jun said that if people can't live happily, no amount of money means anything. Although this sentence is very common, it makes sense.

The second chapter is insight into the world. The author of the letter "Behind good luck is triple efforts" says that he can achieve today's achievements not because of good luck, but because he has made more efforts. Only if you work hard three times or even more, will you be lucky. I was deeply moved by the author's words. Many people don't work hard enough, but they always attribute their failure to bad luck. Imagine the same thing, if a person makes efforts.

The third chapter treats money, and the author of this letter suggests that "the three red lines of life must not be touched".

First: don't make investments that are too risky and will lead to disaster.

Second: Don't make investments you don't understand.

Third: don't be fooled by those so-called lost speculative opportunities. Dr Wu Jun said that time is our friend, so we should be patient when investing. Especially in investment, patience is particularly important.

After reading this book, I feel that the author's attitude towards life is really worth learning and needs to be improved in many aspects. After reading this book, you can at least reduce your impetuousness and have some good influence on your future.

Comment attitude 2 attitude determines fate!

In recent years, I have watched Wu Jun's "Wisdom" series (Waves, Beauty of Mathematics, Light of Civilization, Road to University, etc. ) and "Intelligent Age" came out one after another. I like his broad vision formed by combining engineering thinking with simple words and Chinese and American education. His books not only have high information density, but also simplify complex problems, which are not tiring to read and often inspire people to think. As an ordinary person, when reading The Road to University, I was curious about how elites like Wu Jun usually educate their children. The book Attitude only partially answered my question.

This book contains 40 letters written by Wu Jun to his daughter, which is the author's earnest instruction for children to behave themselves. Generally speaking, the values in most of the opinions conveyed by the author are not much different from those we heard from our elders since childhood, such as optimism, self-discipline and forming good habits; We must persist in doing things, let go of improvement, and be rigorous and practical. Don't spend money indiscriminately, don't save money indiscriminately, and don't be afraid of losing money when making friends. But thanks to the author's own experience and vision, the educational pattern and vision of this book are relatively high, and the way of putting facts and reasoning is also very modern. As a child of an ordinary family, I am also happy to see how parents like Wu Jun educate their children, so as to gain some strength for self-improvement. The biggest feeling after reading it is two points.

One is how parents inspire and educate their children.

The first is to demonstrate in person. We can feel that the author's greatest influence on children is "setting an example" first. In the preface, the author also emphasizes that "in front of children, the power of example is far greater than preaching." What attitude you take towards things and others, your children will learn unconsciously. Many people want their children to be dragons and phoenixes. In fact, parents have to constantly improve to influence their children. "Many examples cited by the author in his letter are his own personal experiences and successful experiences, such as his correct attitude towards poverty when he was young, how to quit video games, how to invest in himself, how to cooperate with like-minded friends and succeed, and so on. As parents, if you don't try to practice good morality and make yourself better, you just ask your children to do it. Such education is unconvincing.

The second is to accompany children in a timely manner through various means. Although the author is busy with her work, she always communicates her daughter's movements with her wife. When her daughter encounters problems or needs guidance, even if no one is around, she will guide her daughter in the form of letters for the first time. The role of father in children's education has never been absent. This is a good inspiration for many busy parents.

Second, the key parameter that determines life/destiny lies in subtleties.

The sixth letter wrote that the fate and fortune of human beings are first determined by the environment, and the second factor is in the hands of everyone. The author combines his own ideas with a passage by Margaret Thatcher, and deduces a domino-like "conclusion", that is, attitude determines ideas, ideas determine words and deeds, words and deeds determine behavior, behavior determines habits, habits shape character, and character determines fate. The author says that one can know one's own destiny by watching one's reaction after being slapped in the face as a child. When people look back on their growth experiences at a certain age, they will find that childhood habits and personalities have far more influence on life trajectory than they think. It is difficult for most people to get rid of the bad habits of childhood, which affects their lives. Of course, this doesn't mean that you can't change when you grow up, but you have to work harder. Conversely, if you form good habits when you are young, you can maximize the benefit time. Of course, you need good habits at any stage of your life, not only when you are young, but the sooner you develop them, the sooner you will benefit. Author: Road is the mark of the moon.

Before Attitude 3 commented on Reading Attitude, I didn't know who its author was Wu Jun. After some searching, I started my reading journey.

The difference of this book is that it is composed of letters to his daughters who are studying in high school and university, which is somewhat similar to Zeng Guofan's letters. Actually, I have my own doubts. In the age of advanced information, why should we communicate with our daughter by writing letters? Can't we talk face to face or on the phone? This reminds me of the song "Once Slow". In the era of "fast", learning to slow down is a kind of practice. It is precisely because of slowing down and reading carefully that letters become more intimate in words and more valuable in spiritual communication.

In the process of reading, I was deeply impressed that the author's advice to her daughters covered almost all aspects of life and work, which gave me great inspiration. What impressed me deeply is that the author said that he likes to assume that he is luckier than others before doing things, so that he will make more efforts and make more preparations, which is worth pondering.

Pay attention to your attitude, because it will affect your thoughts. Indeed, a person needs an attitude, whether in life or at work. The choice of attitude, or the quality of attitude, directly affects your quality of life and work level.

I vaguely remember that Chairman Deng Jianxin put forward the idea of "happy work, happy life and healthy growth" shortly after he came to work in the municipal public group, and now this sentence has become the value orientation in the corporate culture of the municipal public group. Personally, I think that "happy work" is actually an attitude and a realm.

A happy job requires a passion at all times. Almost all bus companies in the field of people's livelihood are repeating yesterday's work, which is very boring. To make work a kind of happiness, we need to keep our passion for work at all times, truly love the bus industry, love our colleagues around us and love every passenger who gets on the bus. I once met a bus driver on the 240 bus. He always smiles at the passengers and feels comfortable every time he takes the bus. Later I asked him how he did it. He said that he regarded every stop along the bus as a landscape and all the passengers on the bus as friends, and he felt very happy.

To work happily, you need to keep a kind of self-confidence at all times. Chairman Mao once wrote a poem, "I am confident that if I live for 200 years, I will hit the water for three thousand miles." This shows the importance of confidence. In daily work, we will inevitably encounter difficulties and problems. If you shrink back, you can't do it well, let alone happiness. Facing the work, maintaining self-confidence is an ability and an attitude. I firmly believe that only a confident life is a happy life.

Happy work requires constant persistence. Because I love it, I insist. On the other hand, persistence is a kind of persistence and a kind of love. Now, we all advocate "artisan spirit". In fact, it is a kind of happiness to maintain a spirit of study and craftsmanship at work. I once interviewed Li Xinrong, the monitor of the electromechanical class in the No.1 bus repair factory, and Wu, the monitor of the repair class in the No.3 bus repair factory. They were both persistent. For some vehicle failures, if you can't solve them for a while, you will be sad, but you will never give up. You always think hard and study hard. In their words, there will be a state of "no self" after learning, and there will always be a sense of accomplishment in my heart until the problem is solved. I think this is the true meaning of happy work. Author: Xiong Zuoyu

Comments on Attitude 4 Attitude is our view of life and the way we do things. Different people have different attitudes, but only by putting a correct attitude can we achieve success and happiness.

This book is a bit like Zeng Guofan's letter to his daughter, revealing his love for her and endless wisdom in life.

Thank you, Chairman, for recommending this book, so that I, a new father, can feel this kind of "rare" fatherly affection experience in advance. Writing in the first person gives me the right to "peep" through time and space, and it feels like writing a letter to my immature son. It turns out that the real love for children is to hope that they will always be safe, healthy and happy, isn't it? However, in the changing environment, with the growth of children, almost all parents regard their children's development and achievements as their social resources to show off, so they gradually lose their initial heart and forget the natural starting point of this family relationship.

At the end of the letter, Mr. Wu Jun hopes that her daughter Hua Meng will remain optimistic and be a happy person no matter what happens in her life. Reading this, I can't help but burst into tears. Maybe that's what I really think when I really love children. So, please be optimistic and be a happy person.

The book mentions four ways to remain optimistic: insist on receiving education and keep pace with the times; Have ideals and strive to realize their wishes; Get along with others, respect and tolerate each other as much as possible; See through life. For me, it is to do the following four things well:

First, be a lifelong learner. My understanding of learning this matter is to upgrade the software version to my brain and install new software. What should we learn? I've been thinking about this problem. In order not to be eliminated by this society, and for our continuous Excellence, lifelong learning is something that each of us must adhere to. So how should we continue? It is like a computer that we want to use all the time. Can I not keep updating?

Second, there must be pursuit. Everyone has something in his heart that he wants to achieve. No matter how big or small, it is a great experience to protect his dream and explore its road to success through study and practice. Whether he succeeds or fails, he can enjoy the process, but it is precisely because of this that it is worth pursuing.

Third, to forgive others is to forgive yourself. Take care of others, think more about others, be gentle with others, and don't demand perfection from others or yourself, so that you have the best chance to realize your ideal.

Finally, accept the fact. No matter setbacks or pains, we should learn to accept the reality. Learn to accept the reality frankly, learn to tell yourself to let nature take its course, learn to face bad luck calmly, learn to look at life positively, and learn to look on the bright side in everything. In this way, sunshine will flow into the heart, drive away fear, drive away darkness and drive away all haze. In fact, there is nothing perfect in the world, and life can't be both. We should learn to accept the reality, face the reality positively and move forward bravely.

After reading this book, I benefited a lot, because each chapter gives people a new understanding, makes people excited, inspires everyone's inner dreams, and images of achieving their goals emerge in their minds. I think when the baby grows up and understands, I will give him the attitude of the book as soon as possible, so that he can understand it slowly, because it is as warm and full of love as the morning light.

Comments on Attitude 5 recently read the good book Attitude recommended by the Chairman. This book is a letter from teacher Wu Jun to his daughters. Between the lines, we can see that a father cares for his children. Based on his own experience in university management and enterprise management, Mr. Wu Jun gave sincere advice to young people in dealing with interpersonal relationships, studying effectively, gaining insight into the world and understanding wealth. The insights in the book are of great reference value to real estate developers who are constantly introspective and eager for progress. After reading this book, I gained a lot, among which two ideas about thinking touched me the most and made me think for a long time.

The first is about dialectical thinking. Teacher Wu Jun named this letter "Rational Skeptic". When I was young, my judgment on people and things was always simple and one-sided Lack of rational thinking on many things, overestimating one's own knowledge, and lack of scientific attitude. For example, today, with the rapid development of the Internet from the media, all kinds of information that is difficult to distinguish between true and false are mixed, and the scene of "reverse drama" is staged on the media platform every day. If you accept it without screening and blindly believe it, you will easily become extreme and impetuous. To say the least, science may be falsified with the development of the times, but science does not mean that it is completely correct. Science is also constantly developing, and there is no absolute correctness and truth. Therefore, it is difficult and rare to be a rational skeptic. Rational doubt is also the premise for us to constantly explore the unknown, never stop thinking, and always keep our enthusiasm and thinking about the unknown.

The second is that there will always be a better way. It is difficult for us not to encounter difficulties all our lives, but complaining and being sad after encountering difficulties will make us fall into a bigger quagmire and hold back. As Wu Jun wrote, we should take the initiative to think about whether there is a better way, and then take action. Never stop thinking and always look for a better way. Take myself for example, when I first started working, trial and error may be the only way, but when I encounter problems, I always ask myself to actively find solutions and find as many solutions as possible. Although sometimes my method is not completely applicable, I can solve some problems instead of waiting for my superior colleagues to give me reasonable solutions. At the same time, constantly looking for better methods is the way to improve work efficiency. Now the functions of all kinds of office automation software are constantly strengthened. Constantly learning and fully using these tools can reduce the repetitive work of many machines and improve work efficiency. The important thing is that in the process of positive thinking and continuous implementation, you will eventually find an effective method that suits you, and a positive attitude towards difficulties and problems will benefit you for life.

There are many interesting and meaningful ideas in Wu Jun's attitude, which makes me feel lucky to read this book. Learning is a never-ending process. If you keep improving, you will become a better self.

Comments on Attitude 6 Margaret Thatcher once said: "Attitude affects ideas, ideas determine words, words dominate behavior, behavior becomes habits, habits shape character, and character determines fate." I am convinced that from ignorance to stepping into society, all kinds of people and things around us remind us of this truth all the time. Attitude is an important criterion to measure a person's success. A person's future potential is embodied in three aspects: attitude, knowledge and skills. There is no doubt that attitude is the primary factor. When I first read Attitude, I thought it was a chicken soup for the soul that discussed the word "attitude" in depth. But when I opened the book and saw the plain words in it, I realized that it was a letter written by the author Wu Jun to his daughters in youth. With a keen interest in Wu Jun, an IT magnate with multiple identities, such as a scientific researcher, an investor in Silicon Valley and a prolific writer, I finished reading this book "Fu Lei's Letter in the New Era" in one breath.

Because of different attitudes, people with similar starting points will continue to divide, thus widening the gap of fate. 40 home letters with temperature, telling the wisdom of life only for relatives, and dismantling the growth problems that are being encountered or will be encountered. To my surprise, there are not many words "attitude" in the book. But through Wu Jun's 40 letters to his daughters to convey some personal life feelings, and then subtly deepen the importance of depicting attitude from these life feelings. What is revealed between the lines is the true feelings of children, so as to teach them their unique personal views on handling things with true feelings.

"Stay optimistic, attitude determines your life style." This is Wu Jun's message to her daughter, which also touched me the most. Facing life optimistically and treating work with a serious and professional attitude is exactly the work mentality that contemporary people need to straighten out most.

Work attitude determines work performance, and a person's attitude directly determines his behavior, whether he treats his work wholeheartedly or perfunctory, whether he is content with the status quo or forge ahead. There may be no guarantee that a person will succeed with a certain attitude, but successful people have some similar work attitudes.

In the enterprise, each of us has our own working attitude. Some people are diligent and enterprising, busy, enthusiastic, energetic, optimistic, always striving for the first place, always looking for solutions to problems, even in the face of setbacks. Some are leisurely and carefree, muddling along, not seeking merit, but seeking nothing; Some people are full of complaints, always pessimistic and disappointed, always complaining about others and the environment, living in negative emotions, and completely unable to enjoy the fun of work ... In my opinion, life is a mirror, and every little detail in life will reflect the future direction of life in this mirror, which just confirms one sentence: pay attention to your thoughts, because it can determine your words and deeds; Pay attention to your words and deeds, because they can dominate your behavior; Pay attention to your behavior, because it will become your habit; Pay attention to your habit, because it can shape your character; Pay attention to your character, because it can determine your destiny; Pay attention to your attitude, because it will affect your thoughts.
