What are the precautions for fine decoration construction?

1. Work before site handover:

The site must meet the following conditions before fine decoration can be handed over:

1. Interior walls, ceiling plastering, bathrooms Caisson backfilling and leveling completed.

2. Clean up the garbage and leave no scum on the floor.

3. The door and window frames of aluminum alloy doors and windows are installed.

4. The water and electricity pipe network has been pre-buried, mainly the water supply pipes.

2. Site handover process:

Handle the site handover and sign the site transfer form. After completing the site handover order, you can issue a start order for the fine decoration project, and then send a letter to inform the fine decoration unit:

1. Submit organizational structure chart and construction organization design for review;

2. Submit the entrustment of the project manager, material clerk, and data clerk for review;

3. Submit an application form for the material supply plan;

4. Submit the overall construction progress plan;

5. Submit material samples provided by B;

6. Be familiar with the drawings and prepare for joint review of the drawings.

3. Entry of wet work

You need to pay attention to the following points when doing wet work:

1. Decoration methods for bedroom floors: Structural layer - cement mortar leveling Layer - 0.16mm PE plastic film moisture-proof layer - 9mm thick plywood cushion - 2.0mm thick moisture-proof pearl cotton - wooden floor. The wooden floor is 12mm thick, and other decorative layers are 12mm thick. The height difference between the bedroom and the living room is 5mm, so the mortar leveling layer is controlled to be 1029 below the 1-meter line of the building (surrounding the elastic line). Wooden floor installation requires concealed acceptance to prevent the construction unit from cutting corners.

2. The main body of the bathroom has been waterproofed and tested, and the decoration unit is required to review the water test. The decoration unit also needs to be waterproofed, with flexible waterproofing on the floor and cement-based rigid waterproofing on the walls to a height of 1.8 meters. The kitchen floor is not waterproof, and the walls are made of cement-based rigid waterproofing to a height of 1 meter.

3. In wet work, the quality control of threshold stones and ceramic tiles is the key. The following points should be paid attention to: (1) The drainage pipes in the kitchen should be sealed with calcium silicate boards and hung with glass fibers. net, and then lay the tiles. (2) Ceramic tiles must be laid according to the layout drawing. (3) Balcony tiles and bathroom tiles need to be sloped. (4) Install wall tiles first and then floor tiles. After installing the tiles, perform jointing and press the aluminum gusset edge strips on the wall tiles. (5) The tiles at the bathroom and balcony floor drains need to be sloped. (7) The tiles at the water pipe well inspection port in the bathroom need to be treated. The specific method is detailed in the decoration drawing. (8) The top opening of the fire door in the public area should be closed to the edge of the fire door frame to avoid leaving gaps later. The size of the door opening needs to be checked in the early stage. (9) During the process of laying ceramic tiles, glue needs to be added to the cement mortar. The tiles in public areas should be laid with glue to ensure the construction quality. (10) The ceramic tiles are made of materials supplied by A, and the material plan must be submitted according to the materials supplied by A; the threshold stones are made of materials supplied by B, and a sample must be submitted, and the production and installation of the boards must be confirmed.

4. After the installation of the bay window sill stone is completed, the bottom should be closed with putty, and the surrounding joints with the aluminum alloy should be sealed with glass glue to ensure beautiful corners.

IV. Entry of wood work

The following points need to be paid attention to when doing wood work:

1. Installation of entrance doors and indoor doors. It should be noted that (1) mortar is used to plug the entrance door joints, and the door magnet embedded pipe at the entrance door needs to be embedded in place. (2) The indoor door frame is fixed in position with 9mm wooden boards, and foaming agent is used to plug the seams. (3) After installation, check the verticality of the door. (4) After the entrance door is installed, the gap left at the bottom should be controlled to about 8mm. (5) The door casing line needs to be pressed on the ceramic tile surface, and the junction between the door casing line and the bricks should be sealed with glass glue of the same color as the wooden door. (6) Kitchen and bathroom door bases. The side close to the kitchen or bathroom is a threshold stone base, and the side close to the living room is a wooden base.

2. During the installation process of bathroom and kitchen aluminum gusset plates, ensure that the seams are tight. Before sealing the board, conduct a hidden inspection to check whether the wires are in place, and whether the bathroom exhaust and kitchen exhaust pipes are installed in place.

5. Paint entry

The main painting construction includes

1. Installation of plaster lines in the living room, dining room and bedroom.

2. Ceiling, wall putty and paint construction. Things to note: (1) Check the verticality, yin and yang angles, and big and small heads, especially the location of door and window openings. (2) The installation of plaster lines requires putty repair to ensure that the plaster lines are smooth and straight. (3) The ceiling is painted with white latex paint and the walls are painted with beige latex paint.

6. Installation of wooden floor

The following points should be noted when installing wooden floor: (1) The qualified wooden floor installation means that there will be no floating or sound when stepping on the wooden floor. (2) There should be no gap between the baseboard and the wall. If the gap is too large, putty or glass glue should be used to seal it. (3) Protect finished products. (4) After installing the bay window sill stone, install the invisible railing in the bedroom and check whether it is firm. (5) The bay window ceiling needs to be leveled with mortar

7. Bathroom and kitchen installation process

1. Bathroom: installation of sink stone - installation of bathroom mirror cabinet - sanitary ware, lamps - Installation of bathroom shower room - installation of bathroom cabinets in bathroom. Notes (1) Whether the steel frame of the sink is constructed in accordance with the drawings. (2) Whether the distance between the mirror cabinet and the sink after installation is in accordance with the clearance dimensions in the drawing.

(3) The water retaining strip of the shower room must be installed first if conditions permit. If the unconditional ceramic tile reserved gap meets the requirements of the drawing, 65mm should be reserved and the water retaining strip should be 60mm wide. (4) The panel of the bathroom cabinet is made of materials supplied by B and needs to be confirmed by the main engineering office before construction. (5) The junction between stone and ceramic tiles needs to be sealed with glue to ensure the appearance.

2. When installing kitchen cabinets, you need to pay attention to the following points: (1) Whether all the reserved switch sockets are opened in place. (2) Apply glue to close the corners. (3) Conduct acceptance according to the detailed drawings of the cabinets to ensure that the reserved dimensions and the bay depth of the cabinets meet the design requirements. (4) Ensure that the tiles behind the sink cabinet door are jointed.

8. Installation of switches, lamps, sanitary ware, and kitchen appliances

Attention should be paid to the following: (1) According to the electrical drawings, check whether the switch panel is installed correctly and the brand Rogge Lang. (2) The lower opening of the range hood should be flush with the lower opening of the cabinet and wall cabinet. (3) Refer to the electrical diagram for the positioning of the lamp, the position of the chandelier, and the position of the wall lamp must be accurately pre-buried.

9. Balcony decoration

1. The ceramic tiles need to be sloped to the floor drain, and the water supply pipe must be close to the structural layer.

2. The junction between the aluminum alloy window frame and the wall needs to be treated with glass glue.

3. The floor drain uses a washing machine floor drain (the washing machine floor drain provided for A is a D75 PVC pipe, which needs to be installed before laying ceramic tiles). 4. The ceiling is made of putty and latex paint for decoration, with the drip line as the dividing line to distinguish the boundaries between decoration and main construction.

5. The drainage pipe should be installed first, and then sprayed with real stone paint.

6. Both ends of the wrought iron railing must be connected to the structural layer, and no screws are allowed to be exposed.

10. Materials supplied by A

Materials supplied by A that require actual measurement and detailed drawings:

1. Cabinets, cabinet application process: on-site conditions are met (Tile paving and aluminum gusset installation are completed), the manufacturer is notified of the entry quantity and dimensions, the manufacturer issues detailed drawings, the general engineering office confirms the drawings, and then declares the material plan after stamping.

2. Wash basin countertop stone.
