Zhu Minghui, National Boutique Exhibition: Shen Tie, such as Ning Zhuan, Yu Jin, Kai Zhi and Crazy Grass, can be lyrical.

Li Bo, a professor at Nanjing Normal University, once said in an interview: "Chinese and Chinese characters of the Chinese nation have strong vitality and centripetal force, which is not only the foundation for the existence of Chinese civilization, but also the driving force for the Chinese nation to move towards the future and realize its dreams." Calligraphy, a unique art that expresses the beauty of Chinese character modeling, is recognized as the cultural symbol of the Chinese nation.

During the 2008 Olympic Games, China calligraphers organized "Thousands of calligraphers to volunteer in Olympic venues". Zhu Minghui, then vice chairman of Pujiang Calligraphers Association, had works representing Pujiang, the hometown of calligraphy and painting, and became the cultural image displayed by the country.

Recently, the author went to Zhu Minghui's studio in Pujiang Vocational and Technical School to try to understand the charm of this Pujiang calligrapher, and also took this opportunity to ask the Pujiang calligrapher who participated in the national calligraphy exhibition the most. Maybe he can appreciate the artistic beauty of contemporary national calligraphy and discover the infinite mystery of Chinese characters for thousands of years.

Pen and ink stunts, diligence is the Tao, and calligraphy is refined into jade?

As the saying goes, interest is the best teacher. Zhu Minghui likes writing since he was a child. When he was a student, he had a small title at school, which was quite praised by the teacher. He said: "Like many Pujiang calligraphers, I like writing since I was a child. It started as a hobby. Later, when I played, I let everyone know. Now I take calligraphy teaching as my profession. "

After graduating from college, Zhu Minghui has been teaching and educating people at school. From 65438 to 0988, he first taught in agricultural technical school, and then came to Chen Qian Middle School, Zhongshan Middle School and now Pujiang Vocational and Technical School. With the regular schedule of school teaching and personal interest in calligraphy, Zhu Minghui began to practice calligraphy for decades after he joined the work. "Sometimes I stay at home all summer vacation and practice every day, even sometimes until two or three in the morning. For a while, I felt a little obsessed with calligraphy. " Zhu Minghui said this when reviewing his calligraphy career.

Zhu Minghui's "Good Things Are More Grinding" won the gold medal in the 3rd National Calligraphy Exhibition of Couplets 1999. In 2004, Zhu Minghui stood out among 36,000 entries with his own small-print couplets of iron wire seal cutting, and won the National Award (the highest award) in the 8th National Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition.

In more than 20 years, Zhu Minghui won more than 40 awards in the national exhibition competition sponsored by China Book Association, and won the highest award three times. Zhu Minghui has won awards in national exhibitions nearly twice a year, which can really be said to be the "national exhibition elite" among Pujiang calligraphers.

In the hardcopy Wild Grass, the talent lies in the transformation of block letters.

"I studied calligraphy from the beginning. Although I didn't learn from my teacher, I lived in Tang Kai first, then in lower case, and then turned to seal script and cursive script. In the process of growing up, I also got the guidance of my predecessors in the village and celebrities inside and outside the province, which made me take a lot of detours in my exploration. " Zhu Minghui started as a calligraphy school, and later learned from others' strengths and integrated them to form his own calligraphy style.

Zhu Minghui's iron line seal, that is, jade rib seal, is quite accomplished, and even caused a wave of calligraphers in Pujiang. Especially after winning the highest prize in the Eighth National Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition in 2004, his iron line seal carving has also become a striking signboard of Pujiang calligraphy in the national book circle.

"The most important thing in writing iron line printing is' peace of mind'. As hard as iron, it needs to be powerful and accurate, and it needs a steady brushwork. The so-called' seeing is the most extraordinary, easy and difficult to achieve' can explain the creative process of iron line printing. " Zhu Minghui frankly explained the difficulties and key points in the writing of Tie Xian Yin.

"Seal script requires a deep and restrained writing state, while cursive script is the opposite. The passionate passion of' undressing and holding a thousand stones' can make the lines of cursive script smart and free and easy. " Zhu Minghui's gentle appearance is not easy to see his inner wildness. Judging from Zhu Minghui's cursive script, it is not so much a drunken dance by a man in the northeast as a "fishing song" written by a scholar in the south of the Yangtze River when he was half-hearted.

Whether it is seal script, regular script or cursive script, what is needed behind different forms of pen and ink expression is solid and heavy pen and ink kung fu and sensitive aesthetic ability. "A successful calligraphy work is the harmony and unity of many contradictions, such as the shade of pen and ink, the weight of brushwork, the density and inclination of layout ... First, contradictions arise from changes, which also balance the rhythm of contradictions, and the beauty of calligraphy works appears between changes and invariance. When it comes to being a man and doing things, we actually learned between being resourceful and adhering to principles. " Zhu Minghui's insight into the beauty of calligraphy and his understanding of life wisdom can be seen.

Concentrate on teaching and cultivate hard. Plain and naive is life.

Zhu Minghui is not only trying to improve himself, but also constantly exploring his own calligraphy field and improving his artistic vision of creation. As a full-time calligraphy teacher in the school, he has never forgotten his mission of inheriting "the hometown of calligraphy and painting". He said: "I have my handwriting in my heart. The future painting and calligraphy of Pujiang will ultimately depend on the younger generation. It is by cultivating students' interest in calligraphy and teaching the skills and experience of calligraphy creation that the tree of painting and calligraphy art in Pujiang can grow and flourish. "

In fact, the inheritance of Pujiang's hometown of calligraphy and painting from generation to generation is inseparable from Zhu Minghui's conscious and positive inheritance of hometown art. On the one hand, by cultivating outstanding talents to engage in the professional creation of calligraphy and painting art, on the other hand, it also popularized the appreciation of calligraphy and painting, which only improved the appreciation level of local people for calligraphy art. Zhu Minghui not only taught calligraphy at school, but also actively participated in mass cultural activities such as "culture going to the countryside" and "painting and calligraphy benefiting the people".

In Zhu Minghui's view, whether it is his own teaching or mass cultural activities that he participates in amateur, these are just people's duties. Although he is a consultant of Pujiang Calligraphers Association, Zhu Minghui's daily life is quite dull. He said: "Reading, writing and teaching are basically my whole life. This is my daily life." Participate in exhibitions every year, mainly to exchange art and grasp the needs of the times. Run around less at ordinary times. "

label

As Zhu Minghui thinks, integrating calligraphy creation into his own life and making calligraphy art a part of his own life is the reason why Chinese characters in China are timeless and endless.

Unlike ancient civilizations, which regarded hieroglyphs and cuneiform characters as "sacred symbols", ordinary people were deprived of the opportunity to learn and lost the foundation for the survival of ancient Chinese characters. Every ordinary person learns to appreciate calligraphy and use calligraphy fonts, and Chinese characters will always share the same fate with China people.
