I don’t know what kind of book this is, but the name makes me think it’s very problematic. There are 2 reasons.
★ 1. Numerology is not without basis, but horoscopes are very unreliable.
Why? There are five people born every second in the world. How can it be possible that everyone has the same fate? Besides, animals and humans are born at the same time, and their horoscopes are also the same. Are their destinies also the same? You must know that your destiny is determined by yourself and your happiness is sought by yourself. It is not decided by God, nor is it given to you by God, nor is it destined to be unchangeable in your previous life. It is all obtained by your own efforts!
Furthermore, fortune tellers often predict a thousand hexagrams, ten of which come true accidentally, so they brag about their efficaciousness everywhere. Most ignorant people think that fortune tellers only calculate ten times and they are right every time. In fact? Who dares to point out his miscalculation?
★ 2. The so-called "original Buddha", "protective Buddha", etc. are not things in the serious Buddhist teachings.
There is no such thing in the orthodox Tripitaka. These are all superstitions created by later generations, far-fetched and used to make money in the name of Buddhism.
To be sure, we humans on earth are more closely related to the following Buddhas and Bodhisattvas: Sakyamuni Buddha, Amitabha Buddha, Medicine Buddha, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Manjushri Bodhisattva, Maitreya Bodhisattva, etc.
Digression: The eight great bodhisattvas in the "Eight Great Bodhisattvas Sutra" are: Miaojixiang Bodhisattva Mahasattva (ie Manjushri Bodhisattva), Holy Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Mahasattva (ie Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva), Cishi Bodhisattva Mahasattva Buddha (Maitreya Bodhisattva), Kongzang Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Vajrapani Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Obstacle Remover Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Mahasattva.
I hope this helps you, Amitabha!
