This is well-founded. Historical Records Biography of Confucius Disciples tells such a story.
Confucius claimed to have 3,000 disciples, including 72 sages, and Zi Gong was one of them.
Zigong's full name is Duanmu, and Duanmu is a compound surname. Modern people like to use compound surnames when writing martial arts novels, such as Mu Rong, Ximen, Nangong and Dan Tai. The name sounds powerful. The name Duanmu is occasionally used in martial arts novels, giving people a feeling of being both civil and military. For example, Jin Yong has a Duanmu Garden in Eight Dragons, Liang Yusheng also has a Duanmu Ci in Gong Ming Fengyun Ji, and Gu Long has a Duanmu Fangzheng in Fei Xiangjian, and so on.
Duanmu Zigong is 3 1 year younger than Confucius. He is Confucius' favorite student. He has a glib mouth, which can distinguish between the dead and the living, and also distinguish between whites and blacks.
Now, let's get down to business. Let's see how Confucius created a plot and finally killed Fu Cha, the most powerful monarch of Wu.
At that time, Confucius was frustrated in Lu and was leading his disciples to wander around several small Central Plains countries. One day, Tian Chang, a powerful minister of the State of Qi, wanted to rebel and usurp power, but the other four branches of the State of Qi-Gao, Guo, Bao and Yan-were all powerful. Tian Chang dared not make a move, so he thought of a plan to transfer tigers in the mountains, found Lu at random, and then sent his troops to fight Lu.
Lu is Confucius' "motherland", and his ancestral grave is there. Confucius loved Lu because he loved his ancestors. He issued a call to his disciples to "stand up and defend the country", and the disciples also responded. Lutz said, I'll go, and Confucius said, you can't go; Zhang Zishuo, I'll go, Confucius said, you can't go; Confucius said, I will go, and Confucius said, you can't go either.
At this moment, Zi Gong said, I will go. Confucius said, well, it's you!
Thus, under the planning of Confucius, the eloquent Zigong began his conspiracy journey, and a net of death was quietly scattered on the head of Fu Cha, the king of Wu.
In the first step, Zi Gong came to Qi and met Tian Chang. Zi Gong often said to Tian: It is wrong for you to fight Lu, but it is difficult for Lu to fight: the city walls are fragile, the moat is shallow and narrow, the monarch is ignorant, the ministers are corrupt and incompetent, and the people are unwilling to fight, so Lu cannot fight. You might as well fight Wu, which is easy to fight: Wu has strong walls, vast cities, sufficient troops, excellent weapons and virtuous ministers, and it is really easy to fight.
Tian Chang is not an idiot. It is obvious that Zi Gong is teasing him. He scolded Zigong: You fucking treat me like * * *. What do you mean by saying these sarcastic words to me?
Zi Gong said, you are so stupid. What good will it do you to hit Lu? Lu took it in minutes, and the monarch won, and the troops were sent by various families. You didn't get any honor, but you were in a weak position. If you let them defeat Wu, it will weaken the military strength of those big families, and your strength will be relatively strengthened, and Qi will be controlled by you then.
Tian often said: What you said is true and reasonable. However, now that the order to attack Lu has been issued, if I change my goal to attack Wu, ministers will doubt my motives. What do you suggest we do?
Zi Gong said: It's easy to do. Stay where you are. I went to the king of Wu and asked him to give you a reason to attack him. Listen to my good news.
Step 2: Zi Gong came to Wu and met Fu Cha, the king of Wu. Zi Gong: Your Majesty, now Qi is going to war with Lu, do you know?
Fucha: I know.
Zigong: Why aren't you in a hurry?
Focha: Why should I worry?
Zi Gong: Qi is not weak, but Lu has some strength. If the State of Qi annexed the State of Lu, the strength of the State of Qi would surpass that of the State of Wu, which would be in danger.
Fucha: What should I do?
Zi Gong: You might as well fight Lu Qiyuan. Save Lu, gain a good reputation, attack Qi and stabilize Wu. In addition, you can make the small countries in Surabaya of Huaihe River surrender to you, and the powerful Jin State dare not attack you. Do you think you will do this profitable business?
Focha: Your idea is good, but it is difficult. You know, I once beat Gou Jian out of the water in Huiji. Gou Jian thought it was a great shame and always wanted revenge. He eats at funerals. He eats at funerals, okay? Always looking for revenge. You wait for me to solve the problem of crossing the river before you save Lu Da Qi. Who said Fuxi was cheated by Gou Jian's honey trap? It seems that Focha's mind has always been sober and he has not relaxed his vigilance against Yue. )
Zi Gong: It can't wait. The chance to resist Qi is fleeting. By the time you deal with Yue, Qi has destroyed Lu. If you let go of your country, you can show your benevolence to everyone, you can resist Qi's aid to Lu and shock Sanjin, you can show your strength and justice, and Wu Can can dominate the world. Tell you what, if you're worried about the trouble in Yue, I'll go to Gou Jian and ask him to send troops to fight Qi with you. If there were no soldiers in Vietnam, there would be no trouble.
Focha said, well, it's up to you.
Step 3: Zi Gong came to Yue State and met Gou Jian. When Gou Jian heard that Zigong was coming, he ordered people to sweep the road and personally drove the welcome car to the suburbs to meet Zigong. He asked: Oh, dear guest, how dare we work in such a desolate and remote place?
Zi Gong said: I'm here to save you. You are dying, don't you know?
Gou Jian broke out in a cold sweat and thought, my revenge plan has been exposed? Pretend to be innocent and ask: Why do you say that? I want to hear the details.
Zi Gong said: I just came from Wu. I originally wanted to attack Qi, but I was worried that you would attack Qi from behind. He told me to wait until the state of Yue was destroyed before attacking the State of Qi, saying that Wu would send troops to the state of Yue soon. You idiot, do you know how stupid you are? You pretend to be honest with Wu, you try the shit of Fuzha tea. Just try it. You have made three fatal mistakes: pretending not to have revenge when you are humiliated will make people suspicious and know that you have ulterior motives. This is one of them. You have the idea of secretly retaliating, but others found out, so you have the worry of your life. This is the second one. You haven't finished your work, and now the whole world is spreading that you want to find trouble with Wu. Isn't this your own death? This is the third one.
Gou Jian said: I was humiliated by Fu Cha, and I hate this old thief. Every day, I think about how to kill him. Ask me, what should I do?
Zi Gong said: Very simple. If you follow my three points, you will surely get an enemy. First, give Fu Tea a heavy gift to make him happy; Second, let him rest assured in front of him; Third, send troops to attack Qi with Wu. To do these three things, Wu will definitely attack Qi. If Wu is defeated, you know what to do. If Wu Guosheng wins, Fu Cha will definitely go further to fight with the State of Jin and compete with the State of Jin for the hegemony of the world. I will persuade the monarch of Jin to teach Wu a good lesson in the future. By then, Wu Jun's elite had been consumed in Qi, and then it was pinned down by gold. Your Majesty, if you follow Wu, you can kill Wu easily.
When Gou Jian heard this perfect plan, he was so happy that he gave his feet in favor.
Step 4: Zi Gong returned to Wu and reported to Fu Cha. Zi Gong said: Your Majesty, I conveyed your opinion to Yue, and Gou Jian was so scared that he quickly expressed his loyalty to you. Gou Jian, according to your plan to send troops to Qi, you will send all the 3,000 troops from Yue, and you are willing to personally lead these 3,000 people to the front.
Fu Cha asked: So, should Gou Jian go to the front personally?
Zi Gong said: That's not necessary. You don't have to send Gou Jian to the front. Think about it. You have consumed other people's troops, used up other people's money, and sent their monarch to war. This immoral behavior is bad for your reputation and will affect your hegemony in the future.
Focha said: Well, that makes sense. All right, I'll take nine counties and attack them all.
Step 5: Zi Gong came to the State of Jin and met Jin Dinggong. Zi Gong: No, no, Wu is going to call.
Jin Dinggong: What's the situation?
Zi Gong: Now Wu is going to fight Qi. If he wins, he will attack Kim.
Jin Dinggong: What about swelling?
Zi Gong: Why are you so fat? Must I teach you this? Just build more weapons, train and prepare to fight Wu Jun.
Here, the construction of the perfect serial trap planned by Confucius and Zigong was completed. According to the plan, Fu Cha, the king of Wu, sent troops to defeat the Qi army, and then marched to the State of Jin to demand hegemony between the two countries. Wu fell behind, and the State of Jin defeated Wu Jun. At this time, the State of Yue copied Wu's hometown. When Fu Cha heard the news, he hurried back to the exhausted army and fought against the Vietnamese army. After three wars and three defeats, Fu Cha was captured and committed suicide.
Zigong is very powerful, isn't it? With his own golden words, he formed an alliance among the five countries, rewriting the "political pattern" among the princes, making the strong subjugate the country, the weak dominate, and the world chaos. After doing these things, Zigong turned away from politics and went to do his own business.
This is Confucius' favorite disciple, Duanmu Ci, Duanmu Zigong.
