Summer Talent Service Center Internship Summary

Summer Talent Service Center Internship Summary

This summer vacation, as the last summer vacation in college, I especially feel how crucial this summer vacation is to my future work life. Summer social practice is the best way for me to get in touch with society, understand society, and apply the knowledge I have learned to practice. I also hope that through my own personal practice, rather than working behind closed doors, I can further understand the society and lay a good foundation for entering the society.

On x, month x, 20xx, after a friend introduced me, I came to the xx Talent Service Center to participate in an internship. The first person to receive me was Director X of the Talent Service Center. He enthusiastically guided me to the various departments and related staff of the talent market. Then tell me the general content of the summer practice, that is, after staying in each department for a period of time, you will become familiar with the functions of the database in each department, assist the staff in the talent market to do their work, and finally have an overall understanding of the database system they use, hoping to be able to It will help me in my future studies.

First of all, the department I was assigned to is the archives room of the talent market. This is a department that specializes in managing cadre personnel files. The files of many college graduates, government agencies, and employees of enterprises and institutions are stored there. Here it is. There are only three staff members in the archives room, namely Section Officer Xu and two clerks. Later, I called section member x brother x, and because the other two staff members were similar in age to me, I called them xx and xx. When I came here, their gentle smiles and warm words made me quickly feel that my internship would start in such a harmonious environment.

When I first entered the archives room, the word "boring" popped up in my subconscious mind. But after actually staying there for a while, my view of the archives room was really changed. The work here seems simple, but it requires a serious and cautious attitude at all times. Whether it is inputting file information or inserting it into the archives; whether it is organizing file materials or simply stamping a stamp, every step and every moment requires absolute accuracy. Even when seeing Brother Xu sorting out file materials, even The word "pious" is not an exaggeration. Compared with their work spirit, my usual careless and "more or less" attitude towards life pales in comparison. Especially once, Brother Xu asked me to insert a large number of compiled files into the archives. When I needed one of the files for other reasons, he asked me to take it out again, but I couldn't find it based on the file number. Where did it go? I was really ashamed at that time. Looking back, I actually just made a mistake during the file insertion process, which caused such a big trouble. If everyone was like this, the archives wouldn't be in chaos! Fortunately, Brother Xu didn't blame me for anything, but helped me find it together. I really want to thank him for his tolerance.

Actually, Brother One is a long cross with two ends, the second is a left curved hook, the third is a point and four full forks, the fifth is a half fork with six square corners, the seventh is a vertical hook for the ears, the eighth is a double fork eight figure shape, and the ninth is a half horizontal right bend. Hook, zero is the dot horizontal small treasure cover. Although the formula is not long, it still took me half a day to memorize it, and then I spent more than half a month using it to number names, so it is still fresh in my memory. According to Brother Xu, this four-corner code is universal in Jiangsu Province. With this four-corner code, it greatly facilitates the sorting and querying of files. In addition, Brother Xu also taught me step by step how to classify archival materials. It is really unimaginable that a simple file should be divided into ten categories. This also needs to be subdivided. After the files are classified, they need to be organized. No matter how big the paper is, it must be folded or pasted into the size of A4 paper. Then bind it into a volume and store it in a special file bag. In the archives room, when new files arrive, the basic information of the personal materials in the files needs to be entered into the database to facilitate future inquiries and statistics. Since it is the time when college students are graduating, a large number of new files arrive every day and need to be entered into the database. Therefore, it is not easy for me to work in the archives room!

However, in order to learn more about the various functional modules of the talent market database, I was transferred to the front desk department on August 3rd. The front desk is mainly divided into two parts. One part is the marketing department, which mainly receives recruitment from some enterprises and institutions and registers the application information of college graduates; the other part is the household registration department, which mainly handles various tasks such as household registration and transfer of personnel. For this job, also because college students have graduated, many local college students have moved their household registrations back to the local area, so the work of the household registration office is very busy. I was assigned to this department to assist Sister Wang in completing the household registration procedures. At the same time, Director Zhu of the Talent Center assigned me an account for personal inquiry and learning. Although the work in the household registration department is busy, it obviously feels like a repetitive labor and almost does not require any special skills. When a graduate comes to register, I first check his or her file to see if he or she has come. If he or she comes, I fill out a cadre resume, attach a photo, and sign a personnel agency agreement, and that's basically it. . The work is simple but repeated over and over again.

Especially when filling out cadre resumes, I always have to repeat over and over again to the graduates who come to register what to fill in here and how to fill in there. It really feels a bit boring at the end of the day.

In this way, one person stays at one position for six hours every day. These six hours of work were very monotonous. Faced with repetitive and monotonous work matters, people were completely uninterested. However, after working together with the head of the unit for a long time, I realized that my ideas were not correct. Correct, I am only a short-term internship now, and I have not experienced too much work pressure. But in the society, if this job is my only source of income, I will have the criticism and supervision of my boss, the constraints of fixed working hours, and There was pressure from family, physical and mental oppression, and the work at that time was completely different from what it is now. At this time, I would not feel how long these eight hours were, but how lucky I was. After all, it was just It’s just a practical part-time job during the summer vacation.

In the last few days of the internship, I came to the director’s office and asked Director Zhu, the designer of the talent market database, about database design methods and the problems I encountered in database learning. Director Zhu and I are both majors, and are quite familiar with databases. From him, I learned about the various tools currently on the market for database design, database security design issues, and the many connections between databases and application interfaces. method. Finally, Director Zhu also gave me well-intentioned advice: Don’t learn too much but not master the information management major. You must have your own learning direction, and you can’t blindly seek more. These advices have really benefited me a lot and pointed out the direction for future study.

In this month of internship in the talent market, I really feel that I have grown a lot. Because you are not at home, you must learn to be content. A smile from the leader and a little concern from colleagues will make people feel extremely warm. If you want to get the care of others, you must first pay attention to caring for others and giving them warmth. Giving and receiving are directly proportional. No matter whether you are suffering or tired, summer vacation is over. The important thing is that during the summer practice, I learned knowledge that I didn't understand before and wouldn't learn in school, and enhanced my abilities. These will be very helpful for my future study and work.
