1, plate stacking operation
Arrange paper stacks for loading, and the thinner paper should be indented first; In the sheet pile, the sheet pile is lowered to a suitable height. Special note: sheet piling operation directly affects the folding quality. Therefore, when sheet piles are used, it is required that the edge of the side gauge and the edge of the front gauge are flush.
2. Adjustment of paper separation mechanism
When the paper pile rises to a certain height, it will automatically stop (controlled by the height probe), and the paper separation nozzle is about 1mm higher than the paper pile. The paper separator can be adjusted up and down and back and forth according to the paper width. The air volume of the blowing nozzle should make the printing paper swing slightly under the suction wheel. The brush or steel sheet on the separation mechanism is used to prevent double sheets from being produced when the paper is separated, and its adjustment is based on the premise of not producing double sheets and not causing paper mess.
3. Adjustment of suction wheel
The suction force of suction wheel is controlled by electromagnetic valve, and its main function is to transport paper. The inspiratory volume can be adjusted by the knob. When rotating clockwise, the inspiratory volume decreases, and conversely, the inspiratory volume increases. The suction point of the suction wheel has three positions: front, middle and back. Generally speaking, the suction point is in the middle vertical position. The suction length of the suction wheel is controlled by the selector switch on the operation panel, so the paper feeding speed is slow and the suction time is long, whereas the suction time is short.
4. Adjustment of dual controllers
Fold the paper in half (twice the thickness of origami) and put it under the knurled screw of the controller. The sector is driven to push the microswitch. The solenoid valve is de-energized and the suction is cut off. If the paper feed does not stop, fine-tune the knurled screw to stop the paper feed.
5. Adjustment of the paper feed table
Loosen the star knob, adjust the paper feeding rule to the printing size with the ball plate, and then tighten the star knob. Adjust the paper clamping steel belt according to the width of the paper, so that the side edge of the paper passes on the steel belt. The paper pressing balls on the ball board are steel balls and plastic balls, which are used to cooperate with the paper conveying belt to ensure that the printed paper enters the fence correctly along the side gauge.
In actual production, steel balls and plastic balls should be placed according to the properties of paper. Generally, 1 ~ 2 steel balls are placed near the folding roller to facilitate paper alignment. If the paper is not cut properly or the two edges are inconsistent, the knurled nut can be adjusted. In addition, rotate the star handle to fine-tune the position of the paper, so that the center of the folding column is aligned with the center of the first folding knife.
