You can practice in a place with high friction coefficient, such as grass or plastic ground, and then turn to a flat ground to practice.

I can walk ten duck steps in a row, and then I will learn to slide. The most basic slide is called parallel slide. It looks exactly like standing in parallel. Remember: there must be air to shit. And your legs should be as wide as your shoulders, and your knees should not be separated too much. What is the appropriate distance? We took out a puppy and glided in parallel. We can neither throw the puppy to the ground nor crush its head. We should slide gently with the puppy. Make a parallel air stool, put the puppy between your legs, let the coach push your ass behind you, let the child stay still and experience the feeling of parallel sliding.

Then open your toes, continue to push hard to both sides and draw a circle. We take ten duck steps, then slide in parallel, and then draw gourds on the ground one by one. If the duck steps and parallel skating are particularly fast at the beginning, and the waist of the gourd can be drawn very thin when sliding, then our sugar-coated gourd will be very long.

Don't underestimate the gourd, it is enough for children to practice for a while.

Slow down and stop.

Ok, let's try it: open your feet, which are much wider than your shoulders, pour the wheel down hard, and then slowly do a gourd waist movement. three points and one line

Duck step, parallel skating and gourd skating can already make us slide, but our upper body is almost motionless, but we see that those roller skaters always shake from side to side when sliding, which is very cool. It turns out that when it is really slippery, it is necessary to achieve "three points and one line".

The tip of our nose, the knee of one leg and the toe of our shoes are three points, which are called "three points and one line" when they are in a straight line. First, the air bench is erected in parallel, and then the head, neck, shoulders and buttocks (i.e. hip joint and crotch) are translated to the left (or right) at the same time until they can be connected with knees and toes in an imaginary straight line and perpendicular to the lower nasal tip.

Skateboarding practice is almost over, and we begin to learn to skate on one leg.

Prepare the scooter to slide, start, once, twice and three times, and then let the kicked leg stay in the air for a while before putting it down. Repeat this action until the kick can stay in the air for more time, one second, two seconds … and finally it can be done for many seconds. Coach showed it to everyone. Wow! I haven't put it down for more than ten seconds.

The trick of this action is to be brave in doing three points and one line, and not be afraid of wrestling. The wheels supporting the legs must be vertical to the ground, even a little outward, but not inward.

Shoes with three wheels are not real shoes. Real shoes have four wheels, and the minimum size is 27 yards.
