The failure of the shock absorber on the front of the electric vehicle to move is a sign of poor return of the shock absorber. The possible reasons are as follows:
A. Check the relevant matching dimensions of the wheel train by the front reducer to see if it causes poor return. If the front fork opening is too large, add corresponding size spacers to solve the problem; if the front fork opening is too small, correct the corresponding size to solve the problem.
Improper front fork opening size can easily cause early wear of the oil seal, oil leakage, and even the possibility of the front shock absorber breaking.
B. Check the size of the upper and lower axle pins for rear reduction, check whether the upper and lower dimensions are in an "eight" shape, and then correct the corresponding dimensions to solve the problem.
Severe "eight-shaped" installation can easily cause early wear of the oil seal, oil leakage, and even cause the shock absorber to break.
C. When the relevant assembly dimensions meet the requirements, it is normal for the front reducer to be unable to fully return for about 20~40mm because it bears the weight of the vehicle. No matter which of the above reasons is caused, it is best to replace the shock absorbers with new ones to prevent accidents.
