Step one: lower the center of gravity. Don't watch the ball, practice dribbling with your right hand first, and then practice dribbling with your left hand.
Step 2: Pull the wrist hard and dribble the ball with one hand to move left and right in front of your body. Similarly, dribble the ball back and forth on one side of the body. It should be noted that the lower the center of gravity when dribbling, the better, because the external force with the ball is completely from the wrist. Only by controlling the landing direction of the ball can we control the ball well. Practice with one hand when you are familiar with it.
Step 3: The left and right hands cross dribble in front of the body, and then practice cross dribbling in the back of the body.
Step 4: Practice dribbling in stride. First, the left foot takes a step forward, and the right hand bounces the ball back to the left hand from the stride, and then the left hand bounces the ball back to the right hand. The movements are the same after changing feet and hands. Then connect these dribbling steps and practice them repeatedly in the same place.
Step 5: Practice dribbling across the road. First practice a straight line along the border, then practice a curve, and then there is a defensive scene in The Imitation Game. As for how your body reacts naturally with your opponent's movements, you can only explore it repeatedly in practice.
But as long as you practice repeatedly according to the training steps mentioned above, you can play with confidence. When you see your favorite NBA star's wonderful cross dribbling and passing, you can actually do it. What is lacking is speed and explosiveness, and other wonderful things can be done.
