If the energy of spirit does not dissipate, the body and mind are calm and still, the body will last forever and the Tao Yuan will always be there, and it will naturally become a saint. The Qi connects to the divine realm, the divine power leads to the wisdom of nature, the life is injected into the body, and it is consistent with the true nature. The sun and the moon are fasting, and the Tao is finally fulfilled. Refining qi according to the inscriptions, if you want to learn this technique, you must first eliminate grains, calm down the qi sea, store the spirit in the Dantian, and calm the mind and purify your worries. If there is a sea of ??qi, you will naturally be full. Those who practice with concentration can achieve a small success in a hundred days and a great success in three years. When it first enters the fifth hour and then passes through the seventh hour, the spirits change, appear and exist on their own, and the cliffs are thousands of miles away, and there is no hindrance in going and staying. If Qi does not dissipate, the sea of ??qi will be full, the spirit will be calm in the Dantian, the body and mind will be permanent, and the color will naturally return to its original color and change. The body becomes an immortal, the hidden and manifest freedom, the psychic ability and various changes. It is called to save the world, and the name is the real person. The heaven and the earth have the same age, and the sun and the moon have the same life span. This method does not require breathing, no swallowing, and no exertion. Eat as much as you want, and rest when you need to. You can be at ease and free, without hindrance to the five o'clock or seven periods. Once you enter the womb, you can contemplate your ears.

The heart is more active and less quiet, thinking about all kinds of situations, making choices and giving up impermanently, thinking and weighing, just like a wild horse, just like the ordinary human heart.

The mind is quiet and moves less, and the movement enters the heart. However, when the mind is scattered, it is difficult to control it. The movement of the mind is the beginning of the path.

The movement of the heart is half the state of stillness, the mind is still as if taking pictures, but it cannot be still all the time, and the state of stillness is half the state of dispersion. If you work hard and diligently, you will gradually become familiar with the adjustment.

The mind is more quiet and less active. Gradually the mind becomes familiar with it. When it moves, it captures it. Focus on one situation and suddenly gain it when it is lost.

The mind is always pure and calm, and does not move when something touches it. The mind is familiar with it, solid and steady.

In a quiet environment

(1) You can stand, sit on a chair or lie flat on the bed. Generally, you should take a standing posture, with your feet shoulder-width apart, your feet slightly splayed, your knees slightly bent, your arms hanging naturally on both sides of your body, your body upright, so that Baihui and Huiyin points are in a straight line, and your chin is slightly slightly bent. Tuck in, put your tongue against the roof of your mouth, close your lips slightly, look forward, close your eyes slightly, smile, breathe naturally, and eliminate distracting thoughts.

(2) Imagine that your whole body expands to infinity, imagine that your body stretches infinitely toward the sky, the universe, and the stars, your head stretches toward the Milky Way above the universe, and your feet stretch into the center of the earth and pass through the earth. There was a mist-like white airflow floating around my feet. At this time, it seemed that I was the only one in the sky, and there was nothing around except the sun, moon, stars and light. My body fills the entire cosmic space. Imagine that the skin on my whole body is gone and the joints no longer exist. Then visualize your own gas rising from the top of your head and integrating with the energy flow of the sun's wisdom light above the universe. Imagine the sun above your head, the moon in front of your chest, and the earth below your feet. The light emitted by each wisdom light energy will illuminate the inside and outside of your body. , at this time the body is like a very bright light body amplifying the light in the entire universe. You should maintain this state of mind when practicing Qigong from now on. Practicing Qigong in such a state of mind can help you develop your skills quickly.

(3) Then inhale and imagine the skin all over your body. Silently recite the word "pine" as you exhale, imagining that the surface tension of the skin all over the body gradually disappears with the word "pine", and breathe deeply, long, evenly and thinly. After breathing and relaxing like this 3 times, then relax the muscles, fascia, bones and joints, internal organs, and brain of the whole body. Relax each part 3 times, and finally relax the whole body 3 times from top to bottom. The specific operation is to silently recite the word "pine" as you exhale, and imagine relaxing from the head to the feet. Such a cycle is relaxation work. If you feel that your relaxation is not ideal, you can do the relaxation exercise again.

(4) Turn your palms with your palms facing outward, and draw arcs with your palms from both sides from bottom to top along the horizon of the universe. When you slowly raise your palms up with inhalation, you intend to gather all the wisdom light energy flow in the universe into the starry sky above your head. As you exhale, turn your palms downward, and imagine that the wisdom light energy flows down the palms of your hands and penetrates the "Baihui" point on the top of your head. At this time, the fingertips of both hands are facing each other and descending directly in front of the body. Imagine that the light energy penetrating the top of the person flows from the head, neck, chest, and abdomen, along the thighs down to the calves, the "Yongquan" point on the soles of the feet, and the tip of the big toe, exiting the center of the earth, passing through the earth and entering the stars of the universe. At the same time, guide both hands to the lower Dantian and then return them to both sides of the body. Do the above method continuously for about 30 minutes.

Most methods of collecting Qi require placing the body into space and expecting the collected Qi to slowly cover one's body.
