Second, the problems to be avoided in the construction stage

1. During the construction of polyester cloth, the construction environment temperature shall not be lower than 5℃, and it is strictly prohibited to construct under the conditions of rain, snow, fog, wind force of Grade 5 and above.

The base must be firm and smooth, and there must be no unevenness or serious cracks. When inspected with 2M feet, the clearance shall not exceed 5mm, and the pit depth shall not exceed 3mm. All holes and cracks should be filled with mortar. After standing for 3-4 hours, no watermark can be found on the base and polyester cloth.

2, polyester cloth before the shop is stuck at the grass-roots level should be clean, can not have floating ash.

3. The selection of base treatment agent should be compatible with the performance of polyester cloth, and the spraying should be uniform. In line with the principle of "bottom first, then separation, far and then proximity", make nodes and parts with concentrated drainage first. The paved polyester cloth should be straight, the lap size should be accurate and not distorted. The lap joint of polyester cloth shall be subject to the overflow of hot-melt modified asphalt, and then the joint shall be scraped.

4. Pipes, equipment and embedded parts shall be installed before polyester cloth construction. It is forbidden to drill holes or place sharp hard objects on the waterproof layer of polyester cloth. For all angles of yin and yang, 1:3 cement mortar should be used to make rounded corners with R=50 or splayed slopes with 80*80(mm). After the waterproof project is completed, the roof water spraying test or water confining test should be adopted for inspection, and it can be submitted only after it is confirmed that there is no water accumulation and leakage.

5. Avoid excessive construction equipment and machines. It is necessary to facilitate the construction and ensure the quality. Adopt a simple and easy-to-operate construction method to minimize equipment and tools. Through the above investigation and analysis, the treatment and maintenance scheme is determined, and the detailed scheme of roof leakage treatment is formulated, including construction scheme and maintenance management scheme. According to the grade of the building, the materials and construction technology suitable for the original waterproof layer are selected for treatment and maintenance.
