How to operate the field dynamic balance instrument?

What matters should be paid attention to before using the field dynamic balance instrument, and what preparations are there? The technical master of Huakezhi creative dynamic balancing machine shared the operation steps of the on-site dynamic balancing machine:

First, the preparatory work.

1, removable porous socket (220V power supply);

2. Electric welding machine;

3. Temporary counterweight and formal counterweight (about 50g for temporary counterweight and 500g); for formal counterweight);

4. Precision electronic balance.

Second, prepare for the exam.

1. Install the speed probe on the magnetic base bracket, attach a reflector to the measuring point of the measured balanced rotor, connect the vibration probe with a cable, and install it on the sides of the front and rear bearing seats (note: the reflector should be firmly attached to the rotor to avoid throwing it out and injuring people).

2. Connect the power cord with the host, speed probe and vibration probe.

3. Start the machine and adjust the position and sensitivity between the speed probe and the balancing rotor. The distance between the speed measuring probe and the reflector is about 5mm, which is the position when the red light and the green light are on.

4. After starting the machine, enter the initial mode, select single-sided balance, that is, press the mode key to display 1PL, and then press Enter to confirm. At this point, the init light should be on. If other lights are on, press and hold the CAN key for 3 seconds to reset, and then reselect unilateral balance.

Third, the initialization operation.

1. After starting the machine, check the lights and indicator lights on the operation panel (the INIT light is on).

2. Check whether the balancing rotor is in the initial state without temporary counterweight and balancing counterweight.

3. Turn on the motor to drive the rotor to rotate. By checking the speed indicator (digital display), when the speed reaches a uniform state, press the start key.

4. During operation, the actual waveform height and unbalance angle are displayed in the indicator 1# area for 5 times. When the initialization is completed, the TEST 1 light is on (the speed is not displayed during operation, but displayed when it is completed).

5. Stop after all operations are completed.

Fourth, add temporary counterweight.

1. Add a temporary counterweight with known weight at the edge of the stopped impeller. This position will be the 0 angle of polar coordinate balance and the first point of component balance (note: the balance weight is fixed on the same diameter).

2. Start the motor. When the impeller reaches a certain speed and is stable, press the start button.

3. After starting, the rotational speed is not displayed, and the actual waveform height and unbalanced angle are displayed in the indicator for 5 times. When the operation is completed, the rotating speed is displayed, and the TEST 1 light flashes (if the TEST 1 light does not flash, it means that the temporary counterweight is too light, in this case, add a larger temporary counterweight and repeat the operation).

4. After stopping balancing the rotor, remove the temporary counterweight. The height column of unbalanced waveform shows the number 1.00, and "1" flashes. Enter the temporary counterweight value accurately in its position, enter it with the setting key, and confirm with the ENT key.

5. After the temporary counterweight value is entered, the balance angle and the weight of the balance counterweight will be displayed on the operation panel.

Five, add a balance weight.

1. According to the rotating direction of the rotor, take 0 as the benchmark, find out the position of the counterweight according to the balance angle, and weld the counterweight firmly (Note: the weight of covered electrode should be considered when welding the temporary counterweight and counterweight to the impeller).

2. After completion, start the motor and measure the vibration value. If it is ideal, it's over. If it is not ideal, repeat the operation.
