Real success in life: with a sound mind, following the path, achieving goals, and living a happy, comfortable and even fully enlightened life.

Major strategy in life: Help others build spiritual quality and develop spiritual treasures. To benefit others is to benefit oneself. Through the action and reaction of actions, we can build our own spiritual quality and develop our own spiritual treasures.

People are confused and miserable only when their hearts are clouded by "unclearness" and "greed". Through continuous "clear mind" and "pure mind", we can eliminate "unclearness" and "greed", build spiritual quality, develop spiritual treasures, dominate the power of behavior, and move towards happiness and success.

1. Seeing one's true nature with clarity

Concept: to remove "unclearness" and continuously understand and deeply experience the major secrets and major truths of life. The great secret of life: There are endless treasures in your heart.

Wang Yangming: The way of the sage is that our nature is self-sufficient, and it is a mistake to seek reasons for things from it.

Lu Jiuyuan: My heart is the universe, and the universe is my heart.

Confucius: My way is consistent.

Sakyamuni Buddha: All living beings have the wisdom and virtue of the Tathagata, but they cannot achieve it because of delusional thinking and persistence.

Lao Tzu: There is a mixture of things, born from heaven and earth, lonely and lonely, independent without changing, moving around without peril, which can be the mother of heaven and earth. I don't know its name, but it's called Tao.

Mencius: Everyone can be like Yao and Shun. All things are prepared for me, and if I turn myself around and be sincere, I will be extremely happy.

Fifth Patriarch: If you don’t know your original mind, studying the Dharma will be useless. If you know your original mind and see your true nature, you are called a husband.

The Sixth Patriarch: What is its own nature, it is inherently pure; What is its nature, it is inherently self-sufficient; What is its nature, it is immortal; What is its nature, it is unshakable; What is its nature, it can give rise to all things.

I feel that I exist, I am awareness, awareness is the only one, awareness is everything, and everything is awareness.

The major truths of life:

1 Behavioral action and reaction.

2 If you sow melons, you will get melons; if you sow beans, you will get beans; no matter how hard you work, you will reap the harvest.

Every person's life has its causes and conditions. Your thoughts, words and deeds are the causes.

The effect of your behavior is beneficial to others and helps others build their spiritual quality. At the same time, you will also develop the same spiritual quality; the effect of your behavior harms others, covers the spiritual quality of others, and is not conducive to the treasure in your heart. development, you will also obscure the qualities of the mind.

What kind of behavioral influence you have with someone, you will establish a heart-to-heart connection with that person. All kinds of good and evil are intertwined, and the functions of heart and heart are composed bit by bit. Our lives and our world.

2. Examine things to gain knowledge

Concept: Eliminate "greed" and purify the soul from the source of thoughts.

(1) The method of awareness

When you are in your daily work and life, you must always take good care of your thoughts. Good protection of thoughts: One of the cores of spiritual practice is to be aware of one's own "thoughts". The formula is as follows:

One thought can become a Buddha, one thought can become a demon;

Don’t be afraid of the remembrance, just be afraid of being late in realizing it;

Stop the remembrance as soon as it arises, and do not follow the remembrance; < /p>

As soon as the thought arises, it becomes aware, and when it becomes aware, it becomes non-existent.

Thoughts determine human consciousness, language and behavior.

Only by working hard from your thoughts and thinking about benefiting others, your words, consciousness and actions will benefit others.

(2) The method of surrender

Surrender, you can accept anything, only then can you achieve success. Everything in life is the best arrangement!

Morita therapy’s eight-character mantra: “Let nature take its course and do what you should do!” When a problem cannot be solved, accept it and stop being attached. Leave everything to the universe and God to solve it. And for what you can change, do your best.

Shantideva: "If there is a way to solve the problem, there is no need to worry; if there is no way to solve it, there is no use worrying."

When you encounter any situation, as long as you Clean, calm, peaceful, quiet, calm, rest assured!

This kind of calmness, purity, is complete surrender and surrender.

(3) The "Change of Thoughts Assignment" method

Byron Katie designed the "Change of Thoughts Assignment": four questions and one reverse thought.

1. Is that true?

2. Are you 100% sure that it is true?

3. How will you react when you have that idea?

4. What kind of person would you be without that idea?

Next, please think in reverse. There are three forms of reverse thinking: turning criticism on yourself, turning it on others, and thinking the exact opposite.

(4) Awareness of the Four Mindfulness Foundations

When you are angry (feeling bad), lie flat on the bed or sit quietly and start studying things to gain knowledge.

a. Feel your body and observe whether it is tight (chest tightness, stomach cramps), etc. If so, stay with it, accept it, and be aware of it. Watch, just watch, until your body relaxes. There is no need to observe the body if it is not responding.

b. Be aware of thoughts, allow thoughts (thoughts) in your mind to come and go, arise and disappear, and do not pursue thoughtlessness. Look at it, just look at it, look at it when it comes, don’t stay when it’s gone.

c. Be aware of emotions, allow yourself to get angry (emotions rise and fall), accept it, experience it, and be with it. Don't resist it, deflect it, ignore it, analyze it, judge it. Experience, just experience. Until you are no longer angry (peaceful).

d. Be aware of the truth, and consciously meditate on "awareness of the truth".

Meditation guide:

Through the above practice of studying things to gain knowledge, repeat it in cycles, continue to take the initiative, and purify the soul. The highest benefit to others is to help others build their spiritual quality and develop their spiritual treasures. Therefore, everyone must help others establish correct knowledge and mindfulness and spread positive energy.

The so-called simplicity means that seemingly complex things are actually very simple in nature, and simple things are often the most complicated to use.

Practice is not about changing the way you live but changing your attitude towards life! Practice is not to obtain a richer life, but to achieve inner freedom, joy and perfection.
