It's true that people who leave their jobs are crazy about their old employers, and a similar situation has happened in our company.
Vomiting crazily is often an emotional problem, because there is too much dissatisfaction in my heart. It will be much better to say it and vent it.
There are three reasons for this phenomenon:
1. There are very few employees who can leave with peace of mind, and their character will not be too bad when they leave.
Leaving is not a bad thing. It is possible that your life will be different after you leave one company and enter the next.
it's better to leave happily than to leave with bitter hatred. In fact, it's no big deal to spit out the old club a little. The employees on the job will also spit out the company's inhuman systems, just moderately, and don't affect their mood.
2. The old boss did do something bad, and the flies don't bite the seamless eggs.
There must be a reason for leaving the company. The old boss did something bad, otherwise, how could the employees who left the company have something to complain about?
Therefore, any company should do its own introspection after employees leave their jobs. Why can't it keep people?
3. Ex-employees can't look at problems objectively
The mode of crazy spitting is exaggerated. As ex-employees, they should objectively analyze problems and can't encounter things, all of which are attributed to the outside world, and they don't seek reasons from themselves, so they won't grow rapidly.
