What is the structure of car headlights?

If the headlight assembly is disassembled, it can be roughly divided into lampshade, bulb, lamp holder, reflector, lens and dimming device (generally ordinary halogen headlights). The lampshade protects the entire headlight assembly. Moreover, some stripes are evenly distributed in the glass part of the lampshade, which can reasonably distribute the light emitted by the bulb and make the irradiation area larger. Such stripes are mostly distributed in front of high beam and turn signal.

The specifications of bulbs with different functions are different, even if the functions are the same, the types will be different; In contrast, it is the lamp holder, because different types of lamp holders mean different series of products to manufacturers.

The luminous plate makes the light emitted by the bulb brighter and the irradiation range wider; A lens is actually a convex lens, and its physical characteristics can be used to achieve the purpose of focusing light. Because of different focal points, halogen lenses and argon ion lenses are not universal.

The lighting effect of light also depends on the lighting angle to a certain extent, and the dimming device can exert its greatest potential. At present, the lighting adjustment mechanism has gradually changed to electromechanical integration. However, in order to maintain the original adjustment range, it can also be adjusted by mechanical means if necessary, and the vehicle will be adjusted correctly when it leaves the factory, so the owner need not worry.
