Detailed steps for learning roller skates:
1. Exercise leg strength. When roller skating, the center of gravity of the body is lowered, and the whole body is basically supported by the strength of the legs. Therefore, before learning roller skating, you can strengthen leg strength exercises, such as zhama steps, running, etc.
2. Learn how to stand. The method of standing with roller skates on is different from the way we usually stand with shoes on. If you first learn to sit on a stool and stand directly after wearing roller skates, you will easily fall.
The basic method of standing is: after putting on the roller skates, squat on the ground, press the left heel against the inside of the right foot, forming a T shape, support each other with the left and right feet, and then stand up slowly with your hands on your knees.
3. Practice standing still. If you want to be able to skate, you must first be able to stand firmly and walk slowly. When practicing stepping, you can stand on the ground with friction on the grass or carpet, step forward with your feet from a T shape to an outward shape, shift the center of gravity to the left leg, extend the right leg backward, shift the center of gravity to the right leg, and move the left leg toward the Stretch back and repeat the exercise with the center of gravity on the left and right legs.
4. Sliding practice. After practicing standing still, you can try gliding. The basic movement of gliding is to lunge with your left foot in front, kick your right foot sideways and back, lean your upper body forward slightly, and place your weight on your left foot; then right Retract the foot to the inside of the left foot, slide the right foot forward, push the left foot sideways and back, and move the center of gravity from the left foot to the right foot.
5. Learn less harmful ways to fall. Beginners will inevitably fall. When falling, keep your body falling forward, avoid falling backward or allow a certain part of the body to fully bear the impact, so as to reduce the degree of injury to a certain part.
