Read in the morning and understand the life equation.

I listened to the morning reading this morning and talked about "dry method" and "living method". This is my favorite book, but I didn't write anything until I stayed up late at night. I read "Living Method" for more than 5 times and "Dry Method" for more than 3 times in Fandeng Reading Club. These two books were written by kazuo inamori, who founded two Fortune 500 companies. At the age of 78, he became the CEO of JAL and turned JAL into a winner within one year. What impressed me most in the book is the life equation: the result of life and work = way of thinking × enthusiasm × ability.

Mr kazuo inamori gave an example of practical calculus. A person is very capable and smart, 90 points, but he doesn't work hard and plays around, 30 points; What is the result? 90×30=2700; The other side's ability is average, 60 points, but very hard, almost go all out, 90 points. What is the result? 60×90=5400。 The difference between the two is exactly twice. This can explain why many people who don't look very talented at ordinary times can finally get a better life through hard work. If there is a positive and negative multiplication of thinking mode, the gap in life will widen, and this is the real life world.

In addition to the life equation, the book also focuses on three views: work view, ability view and talent view.

00 1 working view

What are we working for?

Most people think it's to eat and get paid. Do you work hard just to eat? Kazuo inamori believes that the purpose of human work is to improve the mind. Work is the practice of training human nature and mind.

I like my job and take "assigned work" as my career. Work is like practice, just like eating and breathing, which can make us happy and give us energy. Only when you have a strong desire and do your best can God help you.

002 ability view

Even if it is a dream that you can chew, you should firmly establish this goal in your mind and show it to your colleagues. Do not set limits for yourself, and constantly break through yourself. The same is true of work.

003 talent view

The types of people are leopards and old cows, and finally the old cows win with more persistent efforts.

Postscript: This narrative view is rather general. If you are free, please listen to the book club in Fan Deng or read these two books for yourself! I hope my output is helpful to you, good night ~
