Is this what the recruiter asked you?
Usually senior HR managers are well-educated. But I don't object to those people from small companies who select talents on behalf of their bosses. This violates the professional ethics of recruitment. They sit sanctimoniously on the recruitment platform and ask some weird or even childish questions.
In fact, when you encounter this kind of problem, your quickest reaction should not be to be humiliated, but because this temple is too small. Of course embarrassment is inevitable.
I remember one time I was recruiting for a private owner in a steel company. Then the resume is very formal and the person wears formal clothes. Well, after I entered, the boss sat next to the recruiter. They looked at my information and said something that made me baffled: Our boss looked at your resume and your horoscope last night and thought your horoscope was good, and the boss relatively consistent.
I was blindfolded at that time. In my mind, there is no such recruitment. Do you rely on horoscopes to select people?
The second sentence is, think about it, and if it is suitable, come and report in the morning after tomorrow.
Then there was nothing, nothing happened to me. I was recruited like this? Then I picked up my things, said thank you, and walked out. It was no use preparing a brief summary of my work all night long. I still don't know exactly what I am asked to do in the company.
So I turned around and asked what my position was?
As a result, the boss said that we will wait until you come.
I think this company is too informal.
In the evening, the recruitment director of this company called and I said that the boss wanted to talk to me. He directly said that his company needed business entertainment staff to help him sign orders. "I have a very good impression of you, and your age is also quite suitable. I can arrange for you to stay in the company, and you can consider being my lover."
I was immediately confused. Overwhelming nausea.
Fortunately, there was only one home phone at that time, and there were no mobile phones like today. I was so angry that I unplugged the phone line.
For a long time I saw job fairs and thought about what those sanctimonious people would look like in the end. It made me shudder. It made me afraid to go out to look for a job for half a year.
However, the subsequent recruitment went relatively smoothly, and I never encountered this phenomenon again. Later, I felt that this experience was nothing short of a miracle. I wonder what is going on in this boss’s head?
