The civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level shall make a decision on examination and approval within 20 days from the date of receiving the examination opinions and relevant materials. The approved rural five guarantees treatment, issued a "rural five guarantees certificate"; Do not meet the requirements, it shall explain the reasons in writing. The people's governments of townships, nationality townships and towns shall investigate and verify the family status and economic conditions of the applicants; When necessary, the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level may conduct a review. The applicant, relevant organizations or individuals shall cooperate with and accept the investigation and truthfully provide relevant information.
