Eight-character idioms added by sincerity

There was a famous archer named Xiong Quzi in Chu State. One night, when he passed a mountain forest, he suddenly saw a tiger lying not far ahead. He broke out in a cold sweat and quickly pulled out his bow and arrow, aiming at the tiger and shooting. However, the tiger does not move or roar. Xiong Quzi felt strange, so he boldly walked over and saw that it was a big stone like a tiger. Looking again, the arrow he shot plunged into the stone. Xiong Qu couldn't believe his eyes, thinking: No matter how strong I am, I can't shoot through that stone! He stepped back, picked up another arrow, drew his bow and shot at the stone. The arrow bounced back with a bang. Xiong Qu fired several shots, all the same. He couldn't figure out what was going on, shook his head, sighed and continued on his way.

The story spread quickly. People say that the bear can shoot away the stone when he is sick because he is single-minded and highly concentrated.

The proverb "The truth has come, the stone has opened" is derived from the above story. People often use it to explain that as long as you concentrate and work hard, you can achieve your goal; Sometimes it is also used to describe treating others sincerely, which can produce unexpected results.
