( 1)? Industrial wastewater: The industrial wastewater connected to the urban sewage pipeline shall meet the Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Sewers (CJ3028- 1999). The part that does not meet the discharge standard, mainly the wastewater containing toxic and harmful substances from hospitals and special industries, must be pretreated and meet the acceptance standard of sewage pipelines before being discharged into urban sewage pipelines. New polluting industrial projects should implement the "three simultaneities" policy.
(2)? Domestic sewage: All domestic sewage is collected and transported to the municipal sewage treatment plant for centralized treatment.
(3)? Pipe network: scientifically and reasonably plan the sewage pipe network system, and complete unified planning and phased construction step by step.
(4)? Receiving sewage river: the outlet of receiving water body should be coordinated with the water function zoning and environmental protection requirements of urban environmental protection planning water body. For the current river pollution, it is necessary to control it within a time limit, increase the intensity of control, control or reduce the amount of pollutants, make full use of the environmental capacity of the receiving water body, balance the pollutants discharged from sewage with the environmental capacity of the receiving water body, and gradually improve the water quality. The water environment target of the planned river is not less than the three standards.
The collection methods of polluted rainwater or initial rainwater are generally divided into unified collection and independent collection.
Unified collection is to set up 1 initial rainwater collection pool in the whole plant, which is suitable for small plant area or concentrated pollution areas such as device area and storage tank area. Advantages: convenient operation and management; Disadvantages: The initial rainwater collection pipeline is long and buried deeply.
The investment in pipe network construction is large, the location of the collection pool is limited, and the initial rainwater runoff time in different regions is different, which leads to the initial rainwater in the far-end polluted area being filled with clean rainwater in the near-end polluted area before reaching the collection pool, and cannot be diverted.
