1. Birthday gifts

Traditionally, boys are preferred to girls in India, because when a daughter gets married, her parents must prepare a rich dowry. Without it, her daughter can't get married. The way for Indians to celebrate the birth and safe growth of their children is to go to the temple for "Pujia ceremony", sing prayers, and then hold a dinner with relatives and friends. After Indian children are born, their parents will find someone to read their divinations, and most of the children's names are taken from heroes or gods. Children's birthdates is especially valued, because it can determine their future marriage partner.

2. Funeral

When Hindus die, a cremation ceremony will be held at the Hetan. After the death of Hindus, the family members will wrap the bodies in yellow or white silk cloth, then put them on two bamboo stretchers and carry them to the cremation site of Hetan in a parade.

3. Wedding

Indian wedding is a representative of social status and an important ceremony in life. When Indian youth reach marriageable age, they will be replaced by their parents to find people with the same social class, language and astrology. On the wedding day, the groom came to the bride's house on a white horse. At this time, the woman's home has set up a fire altar, and relatives and friends of both sides prayed around the fire altar in the auspicious mantra recited by the priest. After that, the bride walked to the front of the altar surrounded by her companion, and the priest tied the bride's sari and the groom's scarf together, representing a long marriage. The Indian wedding dinner was held at the bride's house, and a couple sat in the wedding banquet to receive the blessings from relatives and friends. On the night of the wedding, the groom spent the night at the bride's house and married the bride home the next day.

4. Puja Ceremony

Puja is a Hindu ritual of worshipping gods, and the Puja ceremony must be performed by priests. During the ceremony, believers will decorate the statue and carry it out of the temple to celebrate, and offer flowers, coconuts, tika powder and other offerings. Finally, the priest holds an oil lamp and carries out "arati" in front of the idol. In the process of "Alati", believers gently cover the lights in the hands of priests with their hands, and then touch them on their own eyes, representing the power given by the gods.
