Wudang Mountain is famous for its monks.

Wulong Palace, north of Tianzhu Peak, passed the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty (627? 649) When Jian Yao, the magistrate of Zhou Jun, prayed for rain, he saw five dragons falling from the sky, so he built the Wulong Temple and rebuilt it in the Ming Dynasty. Emperor Yongle gave him the number of "Sheng Xing Wulong Palace". There are palace gates, stone pavilions, red walls, ancient wells and a large number of Ming Dynasty inscriptions. There are two gods of fire and water in the small hall of Gongmen, and there is a bronze statue of Zhenwu Emperor in the middle of the base of Xu Anjun Hall.

Yuxu Palace is located in the northwest of Tianzhu Peak, also known as Laoying Palace. Built in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, there are palace gates and stone pavilions. The monument in the pavilion is 9 meters high.

Yu Xuyan Temple, located on the north bank of Jiudujian River, was built in the first year of Thailand (1324) and rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty. It has Zhenwu, his left and right attendants and 500 Lingguan.

Yu Zhen Palace is located at the northern foot of Wudang Mountain, where Zhang Sanfeng practiced in the early Ming Dynasty and was named Huixian Hall. In the fifteenth year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty, it was expanded and named Yu Zhen Palace. The existing main buildings, such as the eight-character glazed door, the East-West Annex Hall, the left and right cloisters, the Zhaitang Hall and the Xian Zhen Hall, basically maintained the pattern at that time.

The needle grinding well is next to the hiking trail, and the main hall is for the statue of Zhenwu's father when he was young. There is an iron pestle and a well outside the hall.
