Set up protective sheds during scaffolding construction?

How to set up the protective shed during scaffolding construction?

Protective shed erection and construction:

⑴Pole erection:

①The docking fasteners of adjacent poles must not be at the same height and staggered. The staggered distance shall not be less than 500mm. The distance from the center of each joint to the main node shall not be greater than l/3 of the step distance.

② When starting to erect poles, a temporary throw support should be set up every 6 to 9m. After the vertical poles, longitudinal horizontal poles and transverse horizontal poles are erected, they can be removed according to the situation.

③The vertical pole should be accurately placed on the positioning line. The step distance, longitudinal distance, etc. should be arranged according to the elevation drawing.

⑵Erection of longitudinal horizontal poles:

①The longitudinal horizontal poles should be set inside the vertical poles, and their length should not be less than 3 spans. Longitudinal horizontal rods are connected in length using butt fasteners. Butt fasteners should be arranged in a staggered manner. The joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal rods must not be in sync or within the same span. Two adjacent joints that are not synchronized or have different spans should be staggered horizontally. The distance should not be less than 500mm, and the distance from the center of each joint to the nearest main node should not be greater than 1/3 of the longitudinal distance.

② The longitudinal horizontal rods should run through the intersection circle and be fixed to the inner and outer corner vertical rods with right-angle fasteners.

⑶Erection of transverse horizontal poles: A transverse horizontal pole must be set up at the main node, fastened with right-angle fasteners, and removal is strictly prohibited. The center distance between two right-angle fasteners at the main node should not be greater than 150mm.

⑷ Correction: During the erection process, the step distance, longitudinal distance, horizontal distance and verticality of the poles should be corrected at any time according to regulations.

⑸Longitudinal sweeping poles: The scaffolding of the protective shed must be equipped with longitudinal sweeping poles. The vertical sweeping pole is fixed to the vertical pole 200mm above the floor using right-angle fasteners. When the vertical pole foundations are not at the same height, the vertical sweeping pole at the high place must be extended to the lower part and fixed to the vertical pole on both sides. The height difference shall not be greater than 1 m, and the distance between the vertical pole axis at the high place and the side slope shall not be less than 500㎜ .

⑹Erection of diagonal braces:

①Erect longitudinal diagonal braces in a figure-eight shape with a horizontal spacing of 6 to 9m. A tall protective shed is built like a scissor brace.

②The overlap length is ≮l m.

③ Fastener installation.

⑺The specifications of the fasteners must be the same as the outer diameter of the steel pipe ∮48. The fastener torque is 40-50N·m.

⑻Truss installation.

⑼The laying and fencing of bamboo fences.

① Once the erection is completed, lay the bamboo mat fence on the upper and lower layers, fix the four corners, and tie the four corners of the bamboo mat fence firmly with double strands of No. 18 galvanized lead wire.

② Set up protective railings at the uppermost entrance, fasten the skirting boards, and set up a green fence.

③The height of the foot guard shall not be less than l 80mm.

Protective sheds are mainly used on construction sites. Distribution boxes, steel bars, elevators, carpenters, mixers, etc. all need protective sheds. They are a protective safety measure on construction sites.
