Third, after finding a sense of balance, face the wall or railing, hold your hands left and right, and try to swing your legs back and forth. Or use one leg first.

Fourth, keep a good balance when going downhill, for example, put your right leg (hind leg) on the left, tilt the board slightly, and paddling forward means stepping out, while paddling backward means standing back like a start. Find a feeling that will make you motivated.

5. After the hind legs can swing freely into an S-shape on the downhill slope, change the horizontal swing to make it a power propulsion.
