The taste of Biluochun is quite interesting and exquisite: it can be preliminarily summarized as the eight-character formula "one wash, two look, three smell and four taste":
1. First, wash the clean glass or ceramic cup (purple sand is better) with boiling water of about 8 C, and then pour half to three-quarters cups of 7 ~ 8 C into the cup. Then pour about 3/4 cups of boiling water at 7 ~ 8 C into the cup, which is a cup of high-grade tea.
2. Look at its shape: tea is in the cup, green and slender buds are floating in it, and the soup is yellowish, so you can enjoy three wonders, such as snow waves spraying beads, spring dyeing the bottom of the cup and green crystal palace.
3. Smell its fragrance: The water vapor emits a faint natural fragrance of flowers and fruits, which makes people feel heart-warming.
4. Tea tasting: Tea tastes fresh and mellow. Biluochun tea has another sweet fruity taste, which makes people never tire of drinking it. After drinking it, there is a little sweetness in the throat, which makes people memorable.
