No one stutters when singing. Why? Because almost every word we sing is an outgassing sound, and we sing every word while blowing gently. Fluency naturally won't get stuck, and stuttering is all gone!
Speaking with breath sounds is undoubtedly the key to eliminating stuttering. Take out half an hour, an hour or a few hours every day and read it by enunciation (it is best to say that classical Chinese is not recommended). Every word should be pronounced with a gentle air jet, and every word in a sentence should end with an exhalation sound. You can find a suitable place, pause in the middle of the sentence, take a breath gently, and then continue reading. Before practice, you can take a short abdominal deep breath to exercise your lung function.
At the beginning, you can talk about the practice without light and heavy sounds, and then after a certain stage of practice, you can learn with a little emotion, rhythm and light and heavy sounds.
You should also speak by exhaling at ordinary times, just like when you are studying. We should be careful not to bite the words too tightly or too heavily.
After several months of hard training, you can basically develop good breathing and pronunciation habits, and your breath will be natural and smooth when you speak, and your tension will be less and less. Many times, our serious stuttering can basically disappear, even if we stutter occasionally in the future, it is the kind of situation that everyone will encounter.
