What are the safety measures for low-voltage circuit power outages?

1. When closing the power outage, the oil switch (or load switch, etc.) must be followed. The load side knife gate and bus side knife gate are operated in sequence.

2. After the electrical equipment has a power outage, it should be treated as if there is power before the switch is opened and safety measures are taken. Do not touch the equipment or enter the barrier to prevent sudden calls.

3. When construction and maintenance require power outage, the personnel on duty should take safety measures according to the requirements of the work ticket, including power outage, power inspection, installation of barriers and hanging signs, and conduct on-site inspection and confirmation with the person in charge of the work. No electricity, and explain the location of nearby live equipment and precautions, and then both parties apply for a permit to start work before starting work.

4. In the event of a power outage, the power supply to each circuit that may be incoming calls must be cut off. You cannot just open the oil switch to work, but you must open the knife switch so that each circuit has at least one obvious disconnect point. Transformers and voltage transformers must be disconnected from both high and low voltage sides. The primary and secondary fuses of the voltage transformer must be removed. The operating power supply of the oil switch must be disconnected. The operating handle of the knife gate must be locked.

5. When the low-voltage circuit is out of power for maintenance, the power supply should be disconnected and the fuse should be removed. Hang a sign saying "No closing, someone is working" on the operating handle of the knife gate.
