The middle school basketball textbook consists of three parts: basic skills, simple tactics and teaching competition, and the basic skills occupy a large proportion in the whole teaching content. The focus of junior high school is to learn all kinds of basic movements, especially basic technical movements, which account for the most important proportion in the first grade textbooks. The selection of direct dribbling technique as a teaching material is based on the physical and psychological characteristics, cognition and skill level of junior one students. Therefore, the focus of straight dribbling in this lesson is to determine the hitting position when dribbling, and the difficulty is to control the ball. Junior high school relay running textbooks are divided into head-on relay running, circle relay running and relay zone relay running. This lesson uses basketball and hula hoop to carry out relay running in the basketball court, which further increases the knowledge and interest of relay running. The focus of relay race is to improve students' fast running ability and sensitive quality. According to the above understanding, the following three teaching objectives are formulated:

Through ball exercises, muscles, joints and ligaments can be fully moved and organically combined with the technical movements to be learned. 2. In the second stage, first of all, use various in-situ dribbling exercises to improve the technical action and ball control ability of in-situ dribbling. In dribbling, students are required to form a good habit of observing the front, focusing on correct body posture and foot movements, which will pave the way for the teaching of the main textbook. On the basis of students' active emotions, I learned new textbooks and entered the teaching of straight dribbling. I use enlightening language and intuitive contrast to make students clearly understand the truth that "the rebound angle of the ball is directly related to the racket", organize students to practice straight dribbling with different signal means, and then arrange students to pursue straight dribbling, so as to make the teaching steps from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, step by step, comparative exploration, stimulate interest and achieve the goal of mastering technical movements initially. In practice, I emphasize that students should observe each other, correct their mistakes together, improve together, and fully embody the spirit of harmony and mutual assistance. At this stage, I also pay attention to changing the practice formation mode, on the one hand, making full use of the original line of the basketball court, on the other hand, overcoming the boring feeling brought by repeated practice. Chapter 3: Basketball Sudden Stop Shooting
First of all, talk about textbooks.

2. teaching material analysis: The above two contents are selected from the physical education practice part, the seventh part of basketball and the first part of running. These two contents not only pay attention to upper limb exercises, but also pay attention to lower limb exercises. They all require the coordination of all parts of the body and arrange teaching together, which conforms to the physical and mental characteristics of senior three students and the teaching principle of all-round development.
Basketball emergency stop shooting is a new textbook for this class. It is the most commonly used shooting method in basketball. It is the basis of basketball teaching content in the back, and it is also the technical synthesis of sudden stop shooting in front. On the basis of previous teaching, develop students' creativity and initiative, and cultivate students' ability to link various technical actions with actual confrontation. The key point is the coordination of emergency stop and catching and dribbling, and the difficulty is the coordination of upper and lower limbs.
There are four levels of endurance running. This class is the third class, which is to review the teaching materials, with the focus on the breathing of endurance running. Through different forms of running, master the correct breathing methods to develop students' aerobic endurance and prepare for the cross-country running in the fourth class.
3. Analysis of learning situation:
The teaching object of this lesson is the students of science class in senior three. Senior high school students' physical and mental development is mature, and they have the ability of independent thinking, judgment and generalization, and also have high basic sports ability in physical exercise. Basketball is their favorite sport and has a certain foundation, but they are not satisfied with learning personal skills, but are particularly interested in learning antagonistic exercises. In teaching, students and brains should be well combined to provide students with opportunities to re-understand what they have learned and creatively apply what they have learned, thus enhancing the teaching effect.
Through years of study, students have realized that endurance running is one of the important means of physical exercise, but they are afraid of boring and repetitive endurance running. During running, the rhythm of breathing and running is very inconsistent, which affects the performance of endurance running.

According to the present situation of senior three students' physical fitness, aiming at the characteristics of teaching materials and students' physiological and psychological characteristics, I have mainly formulated the following three teaching objectives:
