"Education" refers to strengthening publicity and education, so that the legal representatives and workers of enterprises can correctly understand the hazards of dust, that is, occupational health examination, including pre-job, on-job, off-job and emergency occupational health examination. Those who have the following diseases in the pre-job examination are not allowed to engage in dust contact: active tuberculosis, serious chronic respiratory infectious diseases, chest diseases that significantly affect lung function, and serious cardiovascular diseases.
The meaning of productive dust
Productive dust refers to solid particles that are produced in production activities and can float in the production environment for a long time. The more particles with small particle size, the higher the dispersion, and conversely, the lower the dispersion.
Different production sites can be exposed to different kinds of productive dust: in agriculture, grain processing, sugar industry, animal management and textile industry, organic dust mainly composed of plant dust and animal dust is exposed; Mining, quarrying, construction, casting, refractories and ceramics industries are mainly exposed to timely mixed dust; Contact with metal and its compound dust during welding, metalworking and smelting.
