Who can tell me which parts make up the sausage machine belt?

Sausage belt is widely used in food industry equipment such as sausage shears, binding machines and enema machines, which can be divided into three parts:

? Structure diagram of sausage machine belt

The structure of sausage machine belt consists of belt back, tensile layer (steel wire core or Kevlar steel wire core) and teeth, and the functions of each part are very different!

(1) with back

The back of the belt is used to bond and coat tensile elements, and the surface can be covered with rubber (or PU) special-shaped squares, which has the characteristics of high wear resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The pitch mode of PU glue can clamp the sausage and deliver the sausage to the cutting mouth quickly and stably.

(2) Tensile layer of steel wire core (or Kevlar steel wire core)

Tensile layer is the tensile element of synchronous belt, which is used to transmit power. It adopts multi-strand steel wire rope (or Kevlar steel wire rope) to spirally wind cloth along the width of the belt, and its position is located at the pitch line of the synchronous belt, which has high tensile strength and bending fatigue strength, is elastic, and is not allowed to extend when working, thus ensuring that the pitch of the synchronous belt remains unchanged.

(3) Toothed polyurethane

The toothed belt has high shear strength, good wear resistance and oil resistance. The correct meshing between belt teeth and pulley tooth grooves requires a high spacing distribution of belt teeth. Polyurethane synchronous belt is famous for its excellent oil resistance and wear resistance. Suitable for high-speed operation occasions with small and medium power, and the environment should be relatively dry. The working temperature is generally -20℃ ~+80℃. Polyamide green cloth can be added to the tooth surface to effectively reduce noise and create a quiet production environment.
