1, material requirements
SBC 120 polyethylene and polypropylene composite waterproofing membrane is adopted in this project. Among them, 250g polypropylene coiled material is used for the moisture-proof layer of the roof, 400g polypropylene coiled material is used for the waterproof layer of the roof, and 250g polypropylene coiled material is used for the kitchen and bathroom. Coil should have the factory certificate (identification certificate, certificate, retest sheet).
2. Main machines and tools
Electric stirrer, iron bar, pressure roller, scraper, iron drum, broom, string, steel tape measure, scissors.
3. Fuck oak parts
(1) The base surface of the coiled material waterproof layer should be smooth, free of defects such as cracking and sand formation, and the pipe root and the angle of yin and yang should be brushed into an arc or a splayed angle.
(2) The surface of the base should have a certain strength and can withstand the trampling of the above personnel. Immersion should meet the design requirements, and the construction environment temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
(3) The edges of floor drain, pipe root, water outlet and sanitary ware root connected by leveling layer should be smooth at both ends, and all parts must be installed firmly, sealed with sealant and passed the inspection.
(4) In places with poor ventilation, insufficient light and difficult operation, measures such as ventilation and lighting should be taken.
4. Operation process
Process flow:
Grassroots cleaning → detailed inspection and treatment → detailed additional layer → waterproof layer → water storage test → protective layer.
(1) The base surface must be smooth and solid, and there must be no defects such as sand, hollowing and cracking.
(2) The waterproof layer construction should be carried out in the order of first low and then high, first detail and then whole.
(3) The up-and-down lap length of the coil shall not be less than 10mm, and the short lap length shall not be less than 150mm, without warping, hollowing and other defects.
(4) the coil vertical volume is not less than 250 mm
(5) The cement mortar of the bonding layer should be stirred evenly, and the coil should be firmly bonded with the base.
(6) After the polypropylene waterproof layer is constructed according to the design requirements and the cement mortar hardens to a certain strength, the water storage test should be carried out. The water depth at the shallowest point is not less than 100mm, and the waterproof bottom surface is qualified without leakage for 24 hours. After passing the inspection, the protective layer can be constructed. If there is leakage, it should be repaired. When the protective layer is completed, it is necessary to test the water for the second time, and the construction of the next working procedure can only be carried out after the acceptance of relevant personnel.
5. Quality standards
(1) master control project:
1) The technical performance of the polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane used must meet the design requirements and relevant standards. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by factory certificate and waterproof material quality certificate. It can be used only after passing the second interview and inspection, otherwise it is not allowed to be used.
2) The waterproof layer and its details must comply with the design requirements and construction specifications, and there shall be no leakage.
(2) General items:
1) The base course shall be firm, the surface shall be clean and flat, and the angle of yin and yang shall be round or obtuse.
2) The paving method, lap joint and top closing of combined layer and additional layer shall comply with the regulations, and the bonding shall be firm and tight, with tight joints and no defects such as hollowing and breakage.
3) The waterproof layer has a smooth surface, and its protective layer is firmly combined with the waterproof layer, and there can be no defects such as breakage, hollowing, shedding, opening and warping.
(3) Allowable deviation items:
The lap width of waterproof layer is100 mm.
6. Finished product protection
(1) The completed waterproof layer shall be protected in time. Before the protective layer is completed, it is not allowed to bring spikes into the room or pile up hard objects on the ground to avoid damaging the waterproof layer.
(2) The waterproof layer around the pipe root, floor drain, drain and sanitary ware protruding from the ground shall not be damaged, and the joints protruding from the ground shall be protected during the cross construction of working procedures to prevent displacement and cause future trouble.
(3) The floor drain and drain should be kept clear, sundries should be prevented from falling during construction, and cleaned up after water testing and acceptance.
(4) During construction, people are not allowed to walk before the cement mortar is solidified, so as not to destroy the waterproof layer and bring undue damage.
7. Quality problems that should be paid attention to
(1) hollowing: the hollowing of the waterproof layer generally occurs at the joint between the leveling layer and the coated waterproof layer, because the cement mortar is not evenly coated, so that there is no cement mortar in some places below the coil, forming bubbles. During construction, the coating scope and dosage of cement mortar should be controlled.
(2) Leakage: The leakage of waterproof layer mostly occurs at the pipe root, floor drain, sanitary ware and the corner of yin and yang, because the details of the pipe root, floor drain and corner do not meet the requirements. Weak bonding, edge warping, uneven coating of cement mortar, uneven laying of waterproof coiled material, resulting in cracks, or being trampled before cement mortar solidifies. Waterproof layer and protective layer should be carefully inspected and repaired before construction.
8. Safety measures
(1) Safety helmet must be worn when entering the construction site, and safety belt must be worn when working high above the ground.
(2) When carrying waterproof materials upstairs, the crane must be tied firmly to prevent falling and hurting people.
(3) Lighting lamps and lanterns must be connected by electricians, and they are not allowed to be connected privately.
(4) Don't throw things down from upstairs to avoid hurting people.
(5) Go upstairs and take the outdoor stairs without climbing scaffolding, formwork support and other facilities.
