Your upper body is upright, your arms are naturally open, and your knees are slightly bent inward. Open your thighs outward with force, so that your legs slide back to shoulder-width position, then turn your knees outward and continue to close your feet with your thighs. At this time, the heels are close together, the toes are outward, and the feet are abduction. During the whole movement, the center of gravity is in the middle of your feet, your legs are forced together and your feet are not off the ground. Then repeat the above actions. The rear hoist should be trained to slide at a certain speed, and the middle foot will change direction without stopping. 3。 Back curve. This action is an exercise to move the center of gravity and speed up. Or prepare your toes together in a figure of eight. Move the center of gravity to one foot and push the center of gravity leg outward with the other foot. It feels a bit like a gourd, but the center of gravity is on one leg. After the center of gravity leg is pushed, the pushed leg either leaves the ground and retracts, then the center of gravity turns to the original leg, and the other leg continues to push, and then retracts, pushing the legs in turn and moving the center of gravity left and right. This action needs to be practiced until the upper body is upright, the center of gravity can move smoothly from left to right, and there is a speed slide. 4。 Kick the ice in the back. This action is used to accelerate when turning. When turning to the left, the left foot is behind and the right foot is in front. Right foot in the back, left foot in front, turn right. Take turning right as an example. Body towards the center of the circle, right hand in front, left hand in the back (sliding direction), right foot as the center of gravity, left pedal pushing right foot to slide, left foot sliding into the right side of right foot from the front of right foot.
