What does it mean to convert to the Five Commandments?

Three conversions refer to three treasures: one is Buddhism, the other is Buddhism, and the third is monks.

First, convert to Buddhism. Sakyamuni Buddha is an enlightened person. As a mentor of practitioners, he converted to Sakyamuni Buddha and also converted to the ten buddhas.

The second conversion method, in order to free all sentient beings, the Buddha established various secondary methods, which are equal to the school system. The so-called five precepts are benevolence, ten virtues are heaven, four truths are listening, twelve karma, and six paramita are bodhisattvas. When all living beings practice these teachings as the direction of life, they can be happy and free from pain.

Third, convert to a monk. Pure monks who practice according to Buddhism are role models for the public, and they should convert to the ten saints.

The five precepts of Mahayana Buddhism in China are: no killing, no stealing, no fornication, no lying and no drinking. The five precepts are the basic precepts of the four disciples of Buddhism, and they must be adhered to whether they are monks or at home.
