When most parents choose a name for their newborn, they would like to know how many people in the country have the same name, and hope that the baby's name will not repeat with too many people. Or some people simply want to know how many people in China have the same name as themselves, so how do they perform a duplicate name query?
The public security agency officially provides an online query system for the number of people with the same name and the same name in the country (see the end of the article for the query entry).
Query method:
Visit the Public Security Bureau’s China Same Name Query System wizard page and click “Query the number of people with the same name”.
In the pop-up window, click "Nationwide" and click the "Confirm" button.
At this time, the login interface will pop up. You cannot query without logging in. If you have registered before, then fill in your mobile phone number or ID number, password, and verification code to log in. If you have not registered before, click "User Registration".
After clicking "User Registration", the "Personal Registration" interface will appear. Enter relevant information as mentioned above, such as user name, ID number, mobile phone number, login password, etc. ( Leave blank if not marked with *).
If completed, click the "Register" button.
Next, real-name authentication is required. Only after real-name authentication is completed, the registration is considered successful.
After registering an account, log in with the account you just registered. When logged in, click "Check the number of people with the same name" mentioned at the beginning of the article to enter the Chinese same name query system.
Fill in the name you want to query, check the gender, fill in the verification code, and click OK to get the result.
The following is the number of people with the same name across the country who I randomly searched for a name.
China has a large population, but the commonly used Chinese characters are limited, so it is inevitable that the names will be the same. A name is just a title. If you deliberately choose some uncommon words for the sake of a unique name, it will be a small gain, and even cause trouble. Imagine the embarrassment of others trying to call your name but not knowing how to say it, or trying to write your name but not knowing how to write it. Therefore, when choosing a name, there is no need to require absolute differences in names. As long as the name is relatively non-duplicate, it is enough. For example, it is not easy to see and there is no repetition among familiar people.
