Ingredients
200 grams of sushi rice, 150 grams of mango, 1 piece of cooked eel meat, appropriate amounts of mustard sauce and sushi ginger.
Method
1. Cut the cooked eel meat and mango into diamond shapes. Put the eel meat in the microwave and bake it until crispy. Take it out and put it on a plate for later use.
2. Wash your hands, dip them in cold water, take an appropriate amount of sushi rice and shape it into an oval rice ball. Put a little mustard on the rice ball, then stack the eel slices and mango slices and hold them tightly. It can be served with sushi ginger.
