Composition:
Chicken breast, dried Chili, pepper, garlic, ginger, white sesame
Steps:
1. Dice chicken breast, slice garlic and shred ginger.
2. Put two spoonfuls of starch+cooking wine+black pepper+a little salt+an egg+a spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of oyster sauce into the diced chicken, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
