How to set wireless extender mode on Netgear router

How to set the wireless extender mode on the Netgear router:

Switch the hardware mode switch of the PR2000 to the "Wireless" position.

Plug the PR2000 into the AC outlet or use a micro USB cable to connect the PR2000 to the USB port of the computer to power on.

Connect your PC or mobile device to the PR2000 via a network cable or wirelessly.

PC is connected to PR2000 through a network cable

If your PC is connected to PR2000 through a network cable, please confirm that your computer is correctly connected to the LAN port of PR2000.

PC connects to PR2000 via wireless

If your PC or mobile device connects to PR2000 via wireless, the router's default wireless name and password are written on the device's body.

Open a browser on your PC or mobile device and enter www.routerlogin.com or 192.168.168.1 in the address bar.

Select the wireless network you want to expand. If you cannot find the wireless network that needs to be expanded in the current environment in the wireless list, please click the "Refresh" button and pull down the scroll bar to view the entire wireless list.

Select the checkbox next to "Extend the coverage of my current wireless router."

Enter the password for the selected wireless network in the password box. Check the box in front of "Name the configuration file to save it" and give the configuration file a name.

When the page displays "Congratulations, you have successfully connected to the Internet", it means that the device has been successfully set to extender mode. Please continue to click "Take me around the Internet" to complete the setup wizard. Configuration completed.
