Chen Guoying gave birth to three sons for Du Yuesheng throughout his life, namely Du Weiheng, Du Weihan, and Du Weining. In 1949, Chen Guoying followed Du Yuesheng to Hong Kong. The two had a big quarrel, and Chen Guoying resolutely took Du Weihan and Du Weining back to Shanghai. He died in poverty and depression in his later years.
3. Sun Peihao
Sun Peihao is the niece of Xiao Guisun, a famous singer in Sutan. She is from Suzhou. She married Du Yuesheng at the age of 16 and was adopted as a third wife.
Sun Peihao gave birth to two sons for Du Yuesheng, namely Du Weiping and Du Weiqin. After Du Yuesheng's death, Sun Peihao moved to England with his son. In 1990, Sun Peihao died of illness in the United States.
4. Yao Yulan
Yao Yulan is the eldest daughter of Peking Opera veteran Xiao Lanying and Bangzi Qingyi Yao Changhai. She and her younger sister Yao Yuying are both Peking Opera actors. Both sisters were spotted by Du Yuesheng during a performance. Unfortunately, sister Yao Yuying died of illness not long after. Therefore, Du Yuesheng adopted Yao Yulan as his fourth concubine.
Yao Yulan gave birth to two sons and two daughters for Du Yuesheng, namely Du Weishan, Du Weisong and Du Meiru and Du Meixia.
After Du Yuesheng's death, Yao Yulan moved to Taiwan with Du Yuesheng's ashes and died of illness in 1980.
5. Meng Xiaodong
Meng Xiaodong is the most famous among Mrs. Du Yuesheng. Born in a Liyuan family, she is a close disciple of Yu Shuyan, a famous veteran of Peking Opera. She is also the only female disciple. She is one of the outstanding descendants of the Yu School and is known as the "Winter Emperor of Peking Opera".
With the help of Yao Yulan, who was also a Peking Opera actor and sworn sister to Jinlan, Meng Xiaodong married Du Yuesheng in 1949 and became the fifth concubine. Later, she moved to Hong Kong with Du Yuesheng.
When Meng Xiaodong married Du Yuesheng, Du Yuesheng was already terminally ill and the two had no children. After Du Yuesheng's death, Meng Xiaodong lived in seclusion and taught his disciples. In 1967, Meng Xiaodong was invited by Yao Yulan to move to Taiwan. He died of asthma in 1977.
Yao Yulan's daughter Du Meixia died of illness. She had a very good relationship with Meng Xiaodong during her lifetime and called her her foster mother. After her death, she was buried next to Meng Xiaodong's tomb.

Du Yuesheng died of asthma at home in Hong Kong on August 16, 1951, at the age of 63. In 1953, Mao Renfeng was ordered by Chiang Kai-shek to move Du Yuesheng's body to the southern suburbs of Taipei. So where did Du Yuesheng's five wives end up?
